New York City Grand Jury Hands Down Indictment on 9/11

The Charges:

Plaintiff (The People of the United States) --vs-- Defendants (No CR 95-110 The Powers That Be (TPTB, a non-conspiracy acronym), Mike Rivero, a.k.a. John Wenckus) [1]

Violations: 18 USC Sec. 2332a; 18 USC Sec. 844(f); 18 USC Sec. 1114; 18 USC Sec. 1111;

This case centers on a Metaphysical Catechism (Test) of the Earth initiated (with out prior notice as required by Rule #25443) on September 11, 2001 at the electro-magnetic grid location 40° 42' 41.3852", -74° 0' 44.0064 (One World Trade Center). [2]

I N D I C T M E N T

COUNT ONE (Conspiracy to use incendiary devices to create controlled-diameter holes in metallic targets)

The Grand Jury charges:

1. On 9/6/2001 The Powers That Be (TPTB), the defendants herein, did knowingly, intentionally, willfully and maliciously conspire, combine and agree together and with others unknown to the Grand Jury to remove bomb-sniffing dogs from the World Trade Center I and II, while the defendants and their unknown agents placed AN-M14 thermite charged incendiary devices between the 92nd to 98th floors of the North Tower and between the 78th to 84th floors in the South Tower.

   The object of the conspiracy were as follows:
   - Kill and injure innocent people (1,434 in the North Tower, 589 in the South Tower).
   - Damage the property of Silverstein Properties, Inc. (Larry Silverstein suffered a net loss of 4 billion dollars). [3]
   - Generate confusion surrounding the impact holes in the towers to prevent the discovery of the test of the Earth (Count 2).

   At 8:46 AM on September 11, 2001, TPTB caused the thermite-charged incendiary device to explode creating an impact hole that extended from the 92nd to 98th floors of the North Tower.
   At 9:03 AM on September 11, 2001, TPTB caused the thermite-charged incendiary device to explode creating an impact hole that extended from the 78th to 84th floors at South Tower.

   COUNT TWO (Conspiracy to conduct a Metaphysical Catechism (Test) of the Earth)

2. On 9/11/2001 TPTB, the defendants herein, did knowingly, intentionally, willfully and maliciously conspire, combine and agree together and with others unknown to the Grand Jury to conduct a Metaphysical Catechism (Test) of the Earth that resulting in the deaths of 2,023 persons.

The Powers That Be (TPTB), armed with the lost knowledge from the ancient world Atlantis, in a metaphysical struggle with the Earth are using humans to weaken the earth with environmental damage and pollution. The Question of Questions

The Manner and Means Used By the Conspirators to Further the Objects of the Conspiracy

Among the manner and means used by the defendants to further the objects of the conspiracy were the following:

COUNT THREE (The Conspiracy to use Computer-Generated Video Graphics (CGI fakery) to add an impediment to the discovery of the Metaphysical Test of the Earth).

3. On 9/11/2001 TPTB, the defendants herein, did knowingly, intentionally, willfully and maliciously conspire, combine and agree together and with Mike Rivero, a.k.a. John Wenckus, and others unknown to the Grand Jury, to use fake and/or doctored TV images to create the illusion of real plane crashes at the WTC.

It was the objective of the conspiracy to create an almost impenetrable barrier to the discovery of the Metaphysical Catechism (Test).

There is none, and it's getting worse under a president and his predecessor's policies - engineering and sustaining economic decline, not recovery, Obama's latest announced job creation program as bogus as his April 2009 $787 billion stimulus. At the time, Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner said, besides bailing out Wall Street, it would create millions of jobs and get credit flowing again.

Wrong and he knew it. Credit contraction persists. Job creation is moribund. The true unemployment rate, by 1980 calculations, is 22%, not the bogus 9.6%, and recovery focused on Wall Street, not small business and job creation. The Treasury was looted. Trillions of dollars went to banks, shadow banks (like hedge funds) and insurers, not industrial America, a shadow of its former self by design. More on that below.

A socio-biological critique of First-World middleclass activism

Evolution can be societal. Here I argue that we must recognize our primal drive for murder and genocide and society¡¯s propensity for violently oppressive hierarchies in order to react with the needed determined and sustained individual-based rebellion. This rebellion is against the rogue warlords and hierarchies that dominate us. Warring and its hierarchical support serve no useful purpose now that the human species is not ecologically threatened by natural competitors and now that there is no need for genetic selection (otherwise imposed on a small gene pool by an unforgiving natural environment).

The conclusion to be drawn is that Social Security should in any event be off the agenda of your Commission, as it is a transfer program and not a program of public spending in the economic sense. A 'people' so exploited has only 'terrorism' to fight back with.

For five straight days, she had driven to the Capitol; this would be the week, she was led to believe by the House leadership, that the Legislature would finally bring forth a vote to ban live pigeon shoots. But, in a late night deal, the Legislature had come to a decision about the next year's budget, and that meant it would recess before voting on the bill to ban pigeon shoots.

Every Tuesday, when the Pennsylvania legislature is in session, Prescott spends five to 10 hours working the 50 state senators and 203 representatives, every one of whom she knows by name and by their political beliefs. She seldom eats, rushing from office to office, sitting, waiting, and talking. To staff. To elected officials. To anyone who will listen.

Since its 1948 establishment, IDF military censor authority banned or sanitized material potentially damaging to Israel's security. Thereafter, voluntary media/government agreements prevailed, all domestic and foreign news organizations abiding by censorship rulings.

Some are sensible like banning reports beneficial to adversaries. Others aren't by suppressing information the public has a right to know. For example, whatever affects their welfare and when officials commit crimes. In addition, various Supreme Court decisions limit content suppression to "tangible (or) near certain" instances of public endangerment. Of course, interpretations are crucial, authorities increasingly hardline to get their way.
