Syria is Obama's war. He didn't launch it to quit. He wants Assad ousted. He's stronger now than when conflict erupted. It began in March 2011. It's in year four.
Abbas enjoys overwhelming support. It's no surprise. Syrians deplore foreign invaders. He's their sole source of protection.
He consistently routs Western-supported death squads. He controls most parts of Syria. He does so effectively. He's committed to defending his people responsibly.
On April 11, the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) headlined "Army's intensive campaign against terrorism continues in all Syrian areas."
They're effectively targeted or eliminated in and around Aleppo, Damascus, Qunetira, Homs, Hassaka, Idleb, and elsewhere.
Washington won't accept defeat. It stepped up support for insurgents. It followed Obama's late March Saudi Arabia visit.

It's like US propaganda. Like other Western propaganda. Big Lies repeat. They proliferate. They follow one after another. Truth is systematically buried.
The Ukrainian News Agency (UNA) is Kiev-based. It's part of the UA Inter Media Group Limited. It owns 61% of the Ukrainian TV channel Inter.
On April 13, it headlined "Foreign Ministry: There is Evidence of Russian Special Forces' Involvement in Seizure of Government Facilities in Eastern Ukraine."
Allegations are baseless. No evidence whatever proves them. John Kerry accused Russia of the same thing. Sergei Lavrov confronted him responsibly.

Ukrainian security forces are entering the city of Slavyansk in the eastern Ukraine according to reports from both RT and the Associated Press. Protesters in that city seized several municipal buildings including police headquarters to protest government policies. The move came after the Ukraine's acting Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk issued a demand that citizens cease the occupation of public buildings across the eastern Ukraine. (Image)
The Ukraine's Alfa counter-terrorism group refused the PMs orders to disperse demonstrators saying: "We will act strictly according to law. Our group has been set up to free hostages and combat terrorism."

Beating up on Russia persists irresponsibly daily. Big Lies repeat ad nsuseam. Truth is systematically suppressed.
Fake satellite photos are the latest. Images of Russian troops allegedly massed on Ukraine's border date from August 2013. More on this below.
On April 10, The New York Times hyped the Big Lie. It headlined "Satellites Show Russia Mobilizing Near Ukraine, NATO Says."
Times correspondents, contributors and editors avoid due diligence. Regurgitating official Big Lies substitutes. The pattern repeats daily. Truth is systematically buried.

The danger is not commercialisation per se but our constant identification with its inner and outer manifestation, in which humanity’s intelligence is led in the opposite direction from nature and spiritual evolution.
What is evil, anyway, if not our identification with it?

She's like the old Health and Human Services chief. She's Sylvia Mathews Burwell. More on her below.
Kathleen Sebelius is out. She said she resigned. Maybe she was pushed. Obamacare claimed its latest victim. She served as chief architect. She presided over its disastrous rollout.
Obama's Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) is a giant scam. It rations care. It's a ripoff. It's a monstrosity. It's rife with unacceptable inequities. It does nothing to control costs. They're spiraling out-of-control. They're increasingly unaffordable for growing millions.

Denver Gathering Seeks to Galvanize Corporate Education Reform Resistance
Late last month, over 100 teachers, students, and parents from across the country gathered in Denver for the United Opt Out National Spring Action, a conference aimed at growing the resistance to corporate education reform and high stakes standardized testing across the nation. Throughout the weekend, the education activists brainstormed and planned in area-focused work groups, interspersed with talks from, among others, a Finnish teacher and education scholar, a parent turned education activist, and a high school senior. All of it revolved around one central theme: organizing resistance to the global corporate education reform movement.

That's the word from Cairo. He requested an emergency Arab League meeting. Regional foreign ministers attended. More on this below.
Extending sham talks contradicts Abbas' earlier position. In January, he categorically rejected doing so. Nine months agreed on is enough, he said.
"We have had a large number of negotiation sessions, during which we discussed major issues."

European nations follow Washington's lead. They act disgracefully. They do so reprehensibly. They harm their own self-interest.
They partner in America's wars. They embrace confrontation. They harm their own people. Russia bashing is prioritized.
On Thursday, the Parliamentary Assembly of Europe (PACE) stripped Russia's voting rights through yearend. It imposed other sanctions.

Obama exceeds the worst of his predecessors. He governs lawlessly. He does so multiple ways. He targets humanity globally.
He does so at home. He's waging racist war on immigrants. He mocks notions of welcoming tired, poor, wretched masses yearning to breathe free.
He enforces white supremacist policies. Poor, desperate arrivals aren't welcome. People of color are scorned. America never was beautiful. For sure it's not now.
Obama reflects the worst of rogue leadership. He deported larger immigrant numbers than all his predecessors combined.
