Billionaire Musk Blames US Government For Inflation as Election Nears
Elon Musk, the world’s second richest man, says the inflation that has choked the livelihoods of most Americans in recent years was the doing of the government and not the private sector. “The rise in prices (inflation) is caused by government overspending, which increases the amount of money faster than the increase in goods & services output,” Musk wrote on X (former Twitter), adding “That is the vast majority of the problem.”
