Williams warns of a transfer of wealth in real estate. 40% of all single family homes in America were purchased between 2021 and 2022, but now insurance, taxes, and other expenses have become inflated. A consortium of US states has committed to installing 20 million heat pumps by 2030. The systems could cost homeowners $40,000 or more. 25 States have already signed on to this program. Many people will pushed out of their homes.
