A Miami man whose beating at the hands of police was captured on cell phone video has been charged with resisting arrest without violence, a charge his lawyer says came from nothing more than the man’s attempts to cover his head from the blows. Gilberto Matamoros, a 21-year-old youth center worker, says he was doing nothing wrong when police arrested him during a brawl in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood on Halloween. According to his lawyer, Ricardo Martinez-Cid, Matamoros was picked out of an unruly crowd and beaten unconscious by two Miami police officers. He had to be taken to a nearby hospital. Cell phone footage of the incident shows a police officer hitting Matamoros five times on or near his head. To ensure that certain Federal employees cannot hide behind immunity.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. NO IMMUNITY FOR CERTAIN AIRPORT SCREENING METHODS.

No law of the United States shall be construed to confer any immunity for a Federal employee or agency or any individual or entity that receives Federal funds, who subjects an individual to any physical contact (including contact with any clothing the individual is wearing), x-rays, or millimeter waves, or aids in the creation of or views a representation of any part of a individual’s body covered by clothing as a condition for such individual to be in an airport or to fly in an aircraft. This is how a beaten people, a country of slaves are treated by their cruel masters. You have no rights, you are cattle in the slaughterhouse and they will do whatever they want to you. Consider the underwear bomber who boarded an international flight without a passport. I have traveled internationally for years. They will not even let you board a flight if there is a misspelling of your name in your passport much less no passport at all. I believe it was also reported that agents escorted the underwear bomber past security and onto the plain, which just screams INSIDE JOB and SET UP! Although the underwear bomb didn't explode it had the desired effect, which was to justify the march forward of police state and the further repression of the many by the privileged few.
