Rogue leaders overstep. They never quit. Tyranny in America is hardwired. Bush authorized it for eight years. Obama exceeds his worst policies. He masquerades as people friendly.
He does so fraudulently. American freedom is vanishing. It's doing so in plain sight. Obama usurped diktat power. His word alone is policy. It replaced rule of law principles. Tyrants operate that way.
Obama authorized indefinite detentions. Americans and others are vulnerable. They may be held without charge or trial. Baseless allegations or none justify doing so.
US military personnel may arrest them. They'll be held in military prisons. Constitutional law no longer applies. Abuse of power replaced it. No one anywhere is safe.
Murder, Inc. is official policy. Obama decides who lives or dies. He's judge, jury and executioner. Anyone can be targeted anywhere.
US soil no longer is safe. Obama made it a battlefield. Attorney General Eric Holder's letter confirmed it. He wrote Senator Rand Paul, saying:
"It is possible….to imagine an extraordinary circumstance in which it would be necessary and appropriate under the Constitution and applicable laws of the United States for the President to authorize the military to use lethal force within the territory of the United States."
"For example, the President could conceivably have no choice but to authorize the military to use such force if necessary to protect the homeland in the circumstances of a catastrophic attack like the ones suffered on December 7, 1941 and September 11, 2001."
"Were such an emergency to arise, I would examine the particular facts and circumstances before advising the President on the scope of his authority."
In testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Holder explained more. He fraudulently claimed America can spurn fundamental law. It can do so with impunity.
Bipartisan complicity supports him. Senator Diane Feinstein called Obama's assassination policy "very thoughtful, very impressive."
She suggested internal military force was OK. Other committee members agreed. War on terror parameters have no boundaries. Everyone's fair game.
"Unlawful enemy combatants" became "unprivileged enemy belligerents." Obama can order them assassinated anywhere. No miranda rights. No due process. No judicial fairness. Just a bullet, bomb or slit throat.
Murder is illegal. International and US statute laws prohibit it. They do so at all times, under all circumstances with no exceptions.
Principles of International Law Recognized in the Nuremberg Tribunal's Charter and Judgment of the Tribunal state:
Punishable crimes include:
(1) crimes against peace;
(2) planning, preparing, initiating or waging aggressive war;
(3) war crimes;
(4) crimes against humanity; or
(5) conspiratorial involvement in the above crimes.
They include murder, extermination and other ways to end life extrajudicially.
International and US laws affirm the right to life. No arbitrary authority may deprive it.
The Constitution's Fifth Amendment states:
"No person (shall) be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."
US statute law (18 USC 1111 - Murder) states:
"Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought."
Holder believes otherwise. Last March, he said:
"The president may use force abroad against a senior operational leader of a foreign terrorist organization with which the United States is at war - even if that individual happens to be a US citizen."
Washington's "authority is not limited to the battlefields in Afghanistan" or anywhere else.
"Given the nature of how terrorists act and where they tend to hide, it may not always be feasible to capture a United States citizen terrorist who presents an imminent threat of violent attack."
"In that case, our government has the clear authority to defend the United States with lethal force."
"Some have argued that the president is required to get permission from a federal court before taking action against a United States citizen who is a senior operational leader of Al Qaeda or associated forces."
"This is simply not accurate. 'Due process' and 'judicial process' are not one and the same, particularly when it comes to national security. The Constitution guarantees due process, not judicial process."
In other words, the UN Charter, Geneva Conventions, other international laws, constitutional ones, and US statute laws don't apply.
Obama can order US killed anywhere, Holder believes. He can do so for any reason or none. His word alone is policy.
Examples Holder used were nonsensical. Equating war with targeted killing is absurd on its face. So is exploiting false flag attacks to justify them.
Roosevelt wanted war with Japan. He manipulated its leaders to attack Pearl Harbor. Doing so gave him the excuse he wanted. He had to convince a pacifist public to go along. Congress was reluctant to do so.
Japan's fleet was tracked across the Pacific. Pearl Harbor commander Admiral HE Kimmel wasn't warned. Known intelligence was withheld. Mass casualties were needed. Roosevelt got what he wanted.
September 11, 2001 was the mother of all false flags. It's the Big Lie of our time. David Ray Griffith and others exposed it. They did so heroically.
Clear evidence proves an inside job. "Crazed Arabs" had nothing to do with it. Claiming otherwise is a national myth.
It fails the smell test. It defies reality. It gets repeated like gospel. Out-of-touch people believe it. Their numbers dwindle over time.
Holder chose bad examples. He's out of touch with reality. He ignored fundamental laws. He did so egregiously. Usurping extrajudicial authority is lawless. Nothing he says changes things.
He shames the office he holds. He's got no right to be America's chief law enforcement officer. Removing him is essential.
So is charging him with complicity to commit murder. Doing it multiple times makes him a serial offender. If convicted, he could spend life in prison.
In January 2012, Law Professor Jonathan Turley called America "no longer the land of the free."
"An authoritarian nation is defined not just by the use of authoritarian powers, but by the ability to use them," he said.
"If a president can take away your freedom or your life on his own authority, all rights become little more than a discretionary grant subject to executive will."
Extrajudicial killing raises grave concerns. Doing so inside America leaves no one safe. There's no place to hide.
