Nuland is hardcore neocon - a rogue Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian affairs/former Dick Cheney deputy national security advisor, among other dubious credentials.

She just visited Kiev - plotting revved up aggression on Donbass residents wanting to live free from the scourge of fascism.

On Sunday, she arrived in Moscow to discuss Ukraine and related issues - claiming she wants to help implement Minsk II ceasefire terms, while at the same time plotting escalated aggression.

Her longstanding dirty hands are notorious. She's an unindicted war criminal. She belongs in prison, not high office.

She should have been barred from entering Russia, declared persona non grata or arrested on arrival for high crimes against peace.

She was Obama's point person planning and implementing Ukraine's destabilization and coup - replacing its democratically elected government with overt Nazis and other fascist thugs, nominally headed by an oligarch mega-crook.

Rule by intimidation followed. So did war on Donbass. Nuland is at it again - this time in Macedonia.

Color Revolutions are a US specialty - staged to replace independent sovereign governments with illegitimate stooge regimes Washington controls.

So-called spontaneous uprisings are manufactured. Ordinary people are manipulated against their own self-interest.

US destabilizing tactics were honed though years of trial and error. They're down to a science now. They usually work.

For days, protesters assembled in Macedonia's capital, Skopje, demanding its government resign.

Kumanovo clashes left 22 dead, including eight police officers. State prosecutors charged 30 suspects with terrorism - 11 Macedonian citizens and 18 Kosovar Albanians.

Authorities claim most Albanians from neighboring Kosovo enter Macedonia illegally.

On May 9, Russia's Foreign Ministry (MFA) called anti-government Macedonian protests a "cause for grave concern."

Western-sponsored "opposition movements…have chosen to follow the logic of the streets and the notorious 'color revolution' scenario, which is fraught with grave consequences."

On Saturday, Russia's MFA cited Serbian media reporting the arrest of a Montenegro national involved with Kosovar Albanian extremists in Macedonia.

It claimed "convincing proof of plans, launched from the outside, to destabilize the political situation in the country, of attempts to push it into the abyss of a color revolution."

Investigative journalist Wayne Madsen discussed the "diabolical plan to destabilize Macedonia by…Victoria Nuland, US ambassador Jess Baily, and…opposition leaders Zoran Zaev and Branko Crvenkovski…the Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Petro Poroshenko of Macedonia…"

Members of the supposedly disbanded Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) terrorist organization are involved.

Nuland et al and their Macedonian stooges aim "to create a situation where the democratically elected government of Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and President Georgy Ivanov is ousted," said Madsen.

The same way Washington dispensed with Ukraine's Viktor Yanukovych in February 2014 - replacing his government with illegitimate fascist putschists.

George Soros is involved - using "well-paid operatives" as agents of destabilization. Not coincidentally, coup plotters are called Sorosites.

They want Western-controlled governance replacing Macedonian sovereign independence.

They want a political, economic and military cordon sanitaire isolating Russia, severing it from Europe, subverting its Turkish Stream pipeline project.

Plans call for it to supply natural gas from Russia through Turkey, Greece, Macedonia, Serbia and Hungry - bypassing Ukraine.

Moscow's earlier South Stream gas pipeline was scheduled to transit through Bulgaria.

US-manipulated destabilization blocked it. Street protests erupted like what's happening now in Macedonia. Russia turned to Turkey. Bulgaria was out. Macedonian destabilization followed.

They want the tiny Balkan country given EU and NATO membership. KLA members planning terrorist attacks on government facilities were caught and arrested.

Sorosites Zaev and Crvenkovski complicit with Victoria Nuland et al cite professionally doctored Gruevski government phone conversation recordings of allegedly thousands of Macedonians - as a rallying cry for anti-government protests.

Soros-funded media operations Telma and 24 Vesti are involved - promoting anti-government protests.

Zaev and Crvenkovski openly call for rebellion. According to Madsen, "(t)he good news is that Macedonians from all walks of life and ethnic backgrounds, Slavic and Albanian and Muslims and Orthodox alike, are aware of (Sorosite influence) behind the outbreak of violence in their country, and they are willing to stand up against it."

US dark forces allied with predatory monied interests like Soros aren't easily discouraged.

The battle for Macedonia's soul continues. It remains up for grabs.
