“The chief priests and the whole Sanhedrin were looking for evidence against Jesus so that they could put him to death, but they did not find any. Many testified falsely against him, but their statements did not agree.”
Mark 14:55
The earliest record of a Sanhedrin is by Josephus — a Romano-Jewish scholar, historian and biographer (37 - c. 100 CE) — who wrote of a political Sanhedrin convened by the Romans in 57 BCE. Hellenistic sources generally depict the Sanhedrin as a political and judicial council headed by the country’s ruler. Tannaitic (rabbinic works written from about 10 - 220 CE) sources describe the Great Sanhedrin as a religious assembly of 71 sages who met in the Chamber of Hewn Stones in the Temple of Jerusalem. They constituted the supreme religious body in the Land of Israel during that time and had their own equivalent of a police force with powers to arrest people, as was the case with Jesus Christ.
Though the Sanhedrin heard both civil and criminal cases with authority to impose the death penalty, during the New Testament period that authority was restricted to the Romans, which was why Jesus was crucified — a Roman punishment — rather than being stoned in accordance with Mosaic law which was given specifically to the nation of Israel (Exodus 19; Leviticus 26:46; Romans 9:4). The law consisted of the Ten Commandments, the ordinances, and the worship system, which included the priesthood, the tabernacle, the offerings, and the festivals (Exodus 20—40; Leviticus 1 - 7; 23).
The Sanhedrin’s last binding decision in ancient times appeared in 358 CE with the adoption of the Hebrew Calendar and their eventual dissolution was the consequence of continual persecution by the Roman Empire and the aspirations of Christendom. Efforts to reestablish the Sanhedrin, were initiated in 2004 in the form of a provisional body awaiting integration into the Israeli government as both a supreme court and upper house of the Knesset. Though the Israeli secular press regarded this new body as an illegitimate fundamentalist organisation of rabbis, it nonetheless claimed to enjoy recognition and support from the entire religious Jewish community in Israel, and has stirred debate in both religious and secularist circles.

Since its reestablishment, the Sanhedrin has supported the Temple Institute whose “ultimate goal is to see Israel rebuild the Holy Temple on Mount Moriah in Jerusalem, in accord with the Biblical commandments.” (https://www.templeinstitute.org) Mount Moriah is in Judaism viewed as being identical with the Temple Mount of Jerusalem — known in Arabic as Haram al-Sharif, the Noble Sanctuary — which unfortunately happens to be dominated by three monumental structures from the early Umayyad period: the al-Aqsa Mosque, the Dome of the Rock and the .
In supporting the Temple Institute, the Sanhedrin has called upon all groups working in the area of Temple Mount and in Temple related activity/research to begin preparing detailed architectural plans for the construction of the Holy Temple with a view to its establishment in its proper place; had stated its intention to establish a forum of architects and engineers whose assignment would be to implement the Council’s decision, so that detailed working plans could effectively be brought to an operational stage; had asked the Jewish people to contribute towards the acquisition of materials for the purpose of rebuilding the Holy Temple; had suggested that the gathering and preparation of prefabricated, disassembled portions of this building to be stored and ready for rapid assembly, in the manner of King David; and had ruled that such contributions would be considered as “chulin” — that is non-sacred — for the purpose of the planning and construction of the Temple.

So how is the building of this Third Temple to be achieved on site that has been occupied by Islamic monuments for more than 1,300 years? Well, it is a long process which you initiate by exploiting the “Holocaust” to blackmail, bribe, and bully the United nations into partitioning Palestine for the creation of independent Arab and jewish states; you then ignore the agreed to demarcation lines for such states and instead launch a barbaric ethnic cleansing campaign against the indigenous Palestinians by murdering thousands and causing some 750,000 more of them to flee their homes in terror; you start a program of gradual illegal Jewish settlement building and if anyone complains remind them of the “Holocaust” and accuse them of being anti-Semitic; control the U.S. government so as to ensure it vetoes all U.N. resolutions condemning your disregard for international law and crimes against humanity, while simultaneously conning the American people into believing you are a staunch ally and bulwark against Islamic extremism and therefore deserving of billions of dollars in annual military aid; you illegally invade and occupy East Jerusalem while declaring that a united Jerusalem is the eternal capital of the Jewish people; you exploit archaeology and concocted biblical narratives to deny Palestinian history and heritage so as to de-Arabise Palestine; you use spurious excuses and laws to expel Palestinians from areas around Temple Mount such as Silwan and replace them with Jewish families (http://972mag.com/nine-more-jewish-families-take-over-silwan-homes-in-dead-of-night/97864/); you build a park adjoining Silwan and claim it was where King David built a city even though there is no historical evidence of his or his city’s existence; you make periodic controversial and confrontational visits to the Temple Mount that provoke riots and justify your excessive use of violence; you allow provocative visits to Temple Mount by Jewish settlers protected by police and the army while preventing Muslims accessing the holy sites; and in the not too distant future you orchestrate a violent confrontation where live ammunition and incendiary weapons are used so to cause fires that will destroy the islamic monuments.
After that it will be easy-peasy to start removing the debris from the destroyed buildings and start building your Temple. Furthermore, you will get away with it because not only have you undermined Western democracy by buying and controlling most Western governments and the pathetic mainstream media with its presstitutes, but also because you are a God chosen and long suffering people determined to ensure that ethnic cleansing shall “never again” occur on this planet, unless of course it involves being rid of those inhuman Palestinians whose land was promised to you by God Himself.
