« Why would (Ras) Putin target a sure loser like Trump? | US Cyberwar on Russia? » |

From the neoliberal 90s through near-16 painful Bush/Obama neocon years, tyranny became hard-wired in America - a hair’s breadth from full-blown.
It’s virtually sure to emerge this way if Hillary becomes America’s 45th president - a mentally unstable neocon lunatic, itching for imperial world conquest and dominance, perhaps willing to wage global war with nuclear weapons to achieve her megalomaniacal aims.
Media scoundrels suppress her dark side, the immense danger she represents, the urgency of preventing her ascendency to power. Instead they try reinventing her into something she’s not, downplaying or ignoring mass national revulsion about a woman too irreparably tainted to be rehabilitated.
At the same time, they portray Trump as an existential threat, despite nothing to go on but his unorthodox, anti-establishment-sounding rhetoric along with occasional over-the-top policy pronouncements pockmarking his campaign.
The New York Times notably misportrays US politics as left v. right, this year claiming “a national emergency that requires voters of all stripes to band together against a singularly menacing candidate.”
The rhetoric is right, the candidate wrong, The Times conducting a virtual anti-Trump jihad, calling him “dangerously unstable…and friend of foreign despots (sic) like…Putin” - the world’s preeminent leader, its most significant supporter of peace and stability.
Hillary earlier compared him to Hitler, practically calling him a dictator-in-waiting, perhaps a sign of desperation. Trump is right calling Putin a better leader than Obama.
Russia’s leader to his credit deplores war, maintains no empire of bases, occupies no other countries, and champions peace and stability over endless carnage and chaos - polar opposite bipartisan US imperial policy.
Calling Trump uniquely dangerous, a potential dictator, ignores a generation of neoliberal/neocon run America, its endless war agenda, placing profits above vital people needs, and transforming America in a police state.
Trump is no solution to the nation’s problems. Empower Hillary next year and see how much worse things can get.
