In a Wednesday Sputnik News interview, I said Putin and Assad can discuss anything any time by phone or other ways of communicating - daily if necessary.
Assad’s invitation to Moscow, making Western media headlines, shows solidarity between both leaders - committed to eliminate terrorism, defeat US regional imperial policy, as well as Putin’s respect for Syrian sovereignty and the right of its people alone to decide who’ll lead them, not America or any other foreign power.
Assad and Putin partnered against the scourge of US sponsored and imported terrorism in Syria. It’s virulent in Iraq. Washington wants it spread to Russia, Central Asia, China and elsewhere, part of its dirty scheme to advance its imperium. On Tuesday, both leaders discussed ongoing joint operations in Syria. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said:
“Yesterday evening, Syrian President Bashar Assad arrived in Moscow for a working visit. (Putin) was informed in detail by his Syrian counterpart about the current state of affairs in Syria and the long-range plan.”

Western and Israeli officials blame Palestinians for ongoing Israeli high crimes, ignoring their longstanding suffering at the hands of a brutal occupier.
They’re being killed or injured by live fire, rubber-coated steel bullets and toxic tear gas, armed only with stones, their courage to resist and will to survive.
They’re terrorized and murdered daily in cold blood, the body count nearing 50, around 2,000 injured, mostly by live fire, thousands more from toxic tear gas exposure.
Weeks of Israeli provocations and state-sponsored terror show no signs of ending. Neighborhoods are being surrounded and isolated.

Israel bears full responsibility for ongoing state terror against an entire Palestinian population - the disturbing truth Western officials and media won’t explain, nor their Israeli counterparts, disgracefully calling Palestinian victims “terrorists,” longstanding Israeli viciousness “self-defense.”
Cold, hard truths are too ugly to reveal. Palestinians are being brutalized, terrorized, murdered, mass arrested and tortured daily. None of this gets mainstream attention.
Jeremy Salt says Israeli ideology is “based on marginalization or discrimination…the ultimate source of” justifiable Palestinian anger against a ruthless occupier, too vicious to tolerate. The entire Israeli/Western narrative about ongoing violence is a Big Lie, including misportraying Palestinians as knife-wielding terrorists - ignoring heavily armed soldiers and militarized police lethally shooting defenseless victims, armed only with stones, their bare hands and will to resist tyranny, a just cause deserving universal support.

A decade of deplorable Harper-led Conservative governance ended. It gave Canadians endless wars of aggression partnered with Washington, deepened social injustice, hardline support for Israel’s killing machine, and police state harshness against nonbelievers.
On October 19, Canadians swept Justin Trudeau-led Liberals to power, dumping Harper governance resoundingly - winning a 184 seat majority with 39.5% of the popular vote, the Conservatives reduced to 99 (with 31.9%) and New Democratic Party (NDP) a distant third with 44 (19.7%).
Victorious Liberals gained 148 more seats - at the expense of Conservatives losing 60 and NDP 51. On Monday, Canadian politics changed - but sadly stayed the same, the process replicating America’s, triopoly rule instead of duopoly, monied interests in charge the same way, assuring business again triumphed.

It was just a matter of time. Pure evil only goes unchallenged for so long.
Putin’s intervention in Syria represents a major geopolitical shift - a brilliant move, again showing he’s a master chess player, taking the initiative in confronting the scourge of terrorism, what America supports and fosters as part of its dirty game.
Maybe Iraq and Central Asia efforts will follow Syria. Putin is now the preeminent world leader, a peace champion, a geopolitical defender of right over wrong, forthrightly opposing US imperialism, the world’s greatest terrorist scourge. Obama’s deplorable legacy is already written, nominally heading a neocon-infested regime, a criminal gang, waging endless premeditated direct and proxy wars of aggression against nations threatening no one - including homeland police state repression against America’s most vulnerable, serving monied interests exclusively.

A same day article discussed the Sunday Beersheba, Israel bus station incident - killing an Israeli soldier, the attacker, an innocent Eritrean bystander lethally shot by police, and wounding nine others.
The alleged attacker was identified as Bedouin Israeli citizen Muhannad al-Aqabi, a Hura, Negev resident. His family members were questioned. Israel automatically assumes familial involvement in these type incidents.
One unidentified family member was arrested on suspicion of helping to plan the attack. Arrest nearly always means guilt by accusation. Expect brutalizing treatment to follow, then a likely confession in Hebrew most suspects don’t understand, youths and children especially vulnerable.

The self-styled “newspaper of record” makes yellow journalism look good by comparison. Willfully falsified and distorted information substitutes for cold, hard truths. The Times’ coverage of ongoing violence in Occupied Palestine reveals its racist hatred - one-sidedly supporting Israel’s killing machine, vilifying Palestinians for courageous self-defense. They’re heroes, not villains, up against one of the world’s most ruthless regimes. The Times’ latest editorial blames Palestinians for Israeli high crimes - headlined “The Cycle of Violence,” ignoring Netanyahu-ordered state terror fully supported by Washington, vilifying Palestinian youths as knife-wielding terrorists.

An analysis of Federal Election Commission records, by TIME, shows that the 2012 donors to Mitt Romney’s campaign have been donating more to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign than they have been donating to the campaign of — listed here in declining order below Clinton — Lindsey Graham, Rand Paul, Carly Fiorina, Chris Christie, Rick Perry, Mike Huckabee, Donald Trump, Bobby Jindal, Rick Santorum, George Pataki, Martin O’Malley, Jim Web, Jim Gilmore, or Lawrence Lessig.
Clinton is the only Democratic candidate who is even moderately attractive to big Republican donors. In ascending order above Clinton, Romney’s donors have been donating to: John Kasich, Scott Walker, Ben Carson, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, and Jeb Bush. The top trio — of Bush, Cruz, and Rubio — have, together, received about 60% of all the money donated this time around, by the people who had funded Mitt Romney’s 2012 drive for the White House.

The contrast between Hillary Clinton’s stated positions and her actual record, is stark.
The record shows that she actually supports international trade treaties that allow the participating countries to allow international corporations to murder labor union organizers to keep wages down. Her financial backers include many of the controlling stockholders in corporations that shift jobs overseas to lower-wage nations so as to boost their stock-profits and executive compensation (those executives are paid largely by stock options in the companies they run — the more the stock rises, the bigger their pay); and portions of those takes by the top executives and other top owners of international corporations end up in the political campaign chests of conservative U.S. politicians such as of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and virtually all Republicans — i.e., of corrupt or otherwise conservative politicians. But this article will deal only with Hillary Clinton.

Israel heads perilously closer to becoming a full-blown police state - for Jews as well as Arabs.
It’s been one for Palestinians since its 1948 War of Aggression, mischaracterized as an independence war, displacing or murdering 800,000 indigenous residents, then occupation in June 1967 of the remaining land not initially stolen.
Palestinians have no free expression or assembly rights. Protests and demonstrations are strictly forbidden - as well as public ruling authority criticism - in flagrant violation of international human rights laws.
Israel calls public demonstrations of any kind “illegal assemblies,” subject to brutal military and police responses, including live fire, extrajudicial killings, mass arrests, imprisonments and torture.
