December 26, 2010 The Nazi & Jewish Affair to Remember (November 2010) is published at The Peoples Voice

The Nazi & Jewish Affair is an informed-opinion essay based on the premise that WW I, WW II and the Holocaust can be understood if you realize that 70 million people died in order for the Jews to settle in Palestine in 1948, “The Premise.”

“The Premise” was also featured in the December 23^rd prequel, Baron Otto Von Bolschwing, SS Veteran of Eichmann’s “Jewish Affairs”, which due to an editorial mishap was published at the popular website, OpEdNews. The article, with no promotion by the site, went viral and was the #1 most popular article by page views for over 48 hours.

“The Premise” is published for the first time in history in March of 2009 when The Modern State of Israel: Providence, Miracle, or What Really Happened, was given to Canada Free Press (CFP). The website disappeared each time the webmaster attempted to post the article. McLeod writes: “Naturally, I am fearful of posting anything that would make CFP disappear. Websites are reporting problems when they attempt to post and the APNewsBreak citation can no longer be found at the AP News/Miami Herald (returns a 404 Error).

Three weeks later (December 10), APNewsBreak identifies the report as Hitler's Shadow: Nazi War Criminals, U.S. Intelligence, and the Cold War, and goes into the details on the Nazi Gestapo, and the Ukrainian fascist, Mykola Lebed…

The December 10 article, unlike the one on November 13, now defends the US’ intelligence officials decision to provide a safe haven for Nazi criminals…

In 2007, the OSI had waived more than 23,000 pages, but as of this date is keeping secret over 18,000 pages, allegedly to protect the “ongoing investigations (going on for decades) and prosecutions.” [Let’s see, the war ended 66 years ago, anyone who is being investigated is either deceased or over 85 years of age. Why would they need to keep secret almost half the records?]

Mysteriously, the next day (12/11), the December 10 article is rewritten by Randy Herschaft and titled Report details ties between US and ex-Nazis, but this version fails to mention the OSI is keeping secret over 18,000 pages “to protect ongoing investigations and prosecutions” of war criminals who are on their death bed. Kris Kristofferson recorded a John Prine song back in the 1970s entitled “Jesus Was A Capricorn”. I remember resonating with the words the only time I heard it on the radio and have often wondered (but I think I know) why I have never heard it sung again. The essential verses went something like this:

Jesus was a Capricorn, he ate organic foods.
He believed in love and peace and never wore no shoes.
Long hair, beard and sandals and a funky bunch of friends.

Lessons from the Gulf

The aftermath of last April's Deepwater Horizon disaster left Big Oil again triumphant, thanks to the Obama administration's close industry ties, conspiring with BP in the greatest ever environmental crime. At the time, Public Citizen's Tyson Slocum said BP has "the worst safety and environmental record of any oil company operating in America."

It's been cited numerous times for willful negligence, shoddy maintenance, environmental crimes, neglecting worker safety rules, manipulating energy markets, and making a mockery of good industry practice in a business devoid of standards and ethics.

It'll be years before the full extent of damage is known. However, it's already clear that BP turned much of America's Gulf into a toxic wasteland. Independent scientists confirmed the disaster, citing fouled waters, beaches, marshes and wildlife, the extent and level of toxicity extremely hazardous to human, fauna, and flora life and sustainability.

On April 3, 2009 the President of the United Nations Human Rights Council commissioned a fact-finding mission "to investigate all violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law that might have been committed at any time in the context of the military operations that were conducted in Gaza during the period from 27 December 2008 and 18 January 2009, whether before, during or after."

The Council appointed the Jewish Justice Richard Goldstone, a South African Constitutional Court judge and the former chief prosecutor of the United Nations International Criminal Tribunals for Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia.

Justice Goldstone issued the 575-page report on September 29, 2009 and the Goldstone Report accused both Israel and Hamas of war crimes perpetuated during the 22 days of assault on Gaza which began two days after Christmas day in 2008, when the Israeli military launched Operation Cast Lead; a full-scale attack on Gaza that killed 13 Israelis and 1,400 Palestinians.

Over sixty different products of prepared pastries, quiches and pot pies containing ingredients from Rolf’s Patisserie, including gingerbread houses, and all sold by Whole Foods Market in 23 states, are being recalled for possible health risk, although no one has become ill.

The FDA recall notices advise that Rolf’s Patisserie products "have been connected to several outbreaks of Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) food poisoning," but "no illnesses have been reported from consumers."

Private First Class Bradley Manning spent his Christmas this year in a 6-foot by 12-foot prison cell at the Quantico Marine Corps Base in Virginia, where he has been held since May. He is in solitary confinement. He is under continuous surveillance, and must respond to cell checks every five minutes. He cannot keep any personal items in his cell. And he is not even allowed to exercise in his small quarters.

These conditions, as described by Manning's attorney, David E. Coombs, seem like harsh and cruel punishment even for the most violent, most dangerous convicted criminals. But Manning has not been convicted of any crime at this point. He is accused of being the source of the classified U.S. government documents that Wikileaks has been sharing with the world, but he still awaits his day in military court.

And Binayak Sen must go to jail because he serves poor tribals and is critical of policies of the wretched, dishonorable BJP government in Chhattisgarh! Draining the resources of this nation, putting the nation on sale, using government machinery to torture and kill – isn’t that sedition and conspiracy against the state?

-- targeted Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid for erosion and elimination;

-- further institutionalized public wealth transfers to super-rich elites who already have too much;

-- commodified public education;

-- subverted Net Neutrality;

-- targeted whistleblowers, dissenters, Muslims, and environmental and animal rights activists as terrorists;

-- militarized Haiti, engineered fraudulent elections, and provided no desperately needed aid;

-- gave drug, insurance and hospital chain giants greater control over healthcare, rationing it and making a dysfunctional system worse;

-- made America more than ever a police state, including by targeting immigrants, holding thousands in hundreds of unlisted, unmarked detention facilities in nearly every state before secret courts deport them, at times stranding them far from home countries.

Findling is a unique resource that offers detailed descriptions and expert analysis of the 20th Century's most important events; however, the creation of the State of Israel is not among the Events That Changed the World in the 20^th Century. Without a modern State of Israel perspective, historians, scholars and researchers have spent half of the 20^th Century writing hundreds of thousands of manuscripts, books, theses, dissertations, essays and journal submissions attempting to resolve the anomalies and inconsistencies of the events from 1897-1948.

The year 2009 was the first time anyone in history realized the significance of Theodore Herzl’s remarks at the first Zionist conference in 1897. Herzl predicted UN Resolution GA 181, would be adopted in 1947, creating the State of Israel. [2]

The Institute for Historical Review (IHR) continues the tradition of historical revisionism pioneered by distinguished historians such as Harry Elmer Barnes, A.J.P.
