A second interview by this observer with Seif al Islam Gadhafi, formerly the heir apparent to his father Moammar, was sought and finally arranged as a follow up to an earlier one focusing of my interest in the Imam Musa Sadr case. That case involves a great crime against a great man and conciliator and his historic cause, and exposes those who betrayed him in Lebanon and two other countries while swearing their personal devotion and shedding crocodile tears over the past 36 years. That research is nearing completion and publication awaits DNA results from body samples more credible than the ones offered by the Bosnia laboratory two years ago and immediately demonstrated to be fraudulent. The story of why that particular lab was chosen and by who goes to the essence of the current stonewalling campaign with respect to informing the public about what exactly happened to Imam Sadr and his partners on 8/3l/1978 in Tripoli, Libya. It also identifies who instructed Gadhafi to kill them over the strong objections from the PLO’s Yassir Arafat who spoke with Gadhafi and tried to save the trio of Lebanese Shia.
Ray McGovern Brutally Arrested

Seventy-five-year-old McGovern is a former CIA analyst (1963 - 1990), turned activist/political critic/social justice advocate.
On October 30, he was brutally and lawlessly arrested in New York. For exercising his constitutional rights.
Attempting to attend an event featuring former CIA head General David Petraeus, former right-wing Center for a New American Security president Lt. Col. John Nagl, and neocon foreign policy commentator Max Boot.
Charged with criminal trespass, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. It bears repeating. For exercising his constitutional rights.
Tickets cost up to $45. McGovern had one. He had every right to attend. Stopping him reflects police state lawlessness. In the so-called land of the free and home of the brave.
Guards blocked his entry. At the 92nd St. Y venue. Calling itself "a world-class cultural and community center."
Connecting people "through culture, arts, entertainment and conversation. For 140 years."
Southeastern Ukrainians Vote

They haven't struggled hard for months to quit. Today they're holding real democratic elections. For leaders and MPs.

Collective Punishment: Official Israeli Policy

Israel gives rogue state lawlessness new meaning. Rule of law principles don't matter. Repeated breaches occur.
Unaccountably because Western leaders support its worst crimes. International law is clear and unequivocal. Collective punishment violates Fourth Geneva's Article 33, stating:
"No protected person may be punished for an offence he or she has not personally committed." "Collective penalties and likewise all measures of intimidation or of terrorism are prohibited."
Throughout over 47 years of militarized occupation harshness, Israel willfully, maliciously and consistently spurned virtually all humanitarian and human rights laws.
Sadistic Israeli Murder

On October 24, Israeli soldiers murdered 14-year-old Orwa Hammad. American born. The second US child Israel killed in recent days.
Its killing machine is shows no mercy. Operating unrestrained. Mindless of rule of law principles.
Doing whatever it damn pleases. For any reason or none at all.
Hammad was part of a demonstration against against Israeli repression. Occupying Palestinian land around Silwad. Protecting a Jews-only road. Used eclusively by Ofra settlers.
Ukraine in the Eye of the Storm

A previous article called peace in Ukraine a convenient illusion. September Minsk protocol agreed on terms didn't end fighting.
On October 29, the Washington Post headlined "Donetsk airport: From a shiny testament of hope to a burned-out hulk," saying:
"(I)ntense fighting continues despite a nearly eight-week-old cease-fire." Its ongoing after both sides agreed to lay down arms.
Reflecting unresolved conflict between Southeastern Ukrainian freedom fighters and Kiev fascist putschists.
"For now, (fighting) rages as the tenuous cease-fire persists, in name if not in actuality."
Moscow's NATO ambassador Alexander Grusko accused Alliance members of suppressing Kiev violations of Minsk protocol ceasefire terms.
Global War and Peace: Insanity’s Quagmire

IS, the terrorist group which is gaining territory in Iraq and Syria and trying to create a "house of blood"; and Ebola, which is spreading in West Africa and other parts of the world, are "two monumental crises" that the world must face together.”

Ukraine Violates Ceasefire Agreement w. Russia and OSCE, Re-Invades Its East
On October 30th, the Novorossian press agency announced that on the prior day, Ukrainian troops had resumed their heavy shelling of towns in the former Luhansk and Donetsk Republics, two regions which had been joined together as a new nation Novorussia, and which had originally been Ukraine’s Luhansk and Donetsk administrative districts, bordering with Russia.
This shelling went way beyond merely violating the ceasefire agreement, and the Ukrainian Government was now in open and public violation of it, and in public contempt of it. Ukraine had signed in Minsk Belarus an agreement on September 5th, the Minsk Protocol, along with the leaders of those two breakaway regions, and also with Russia’s Ukrainian Ambassador, and with the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) as the monitor of compliance with this agreement. However, now, the Ukrainian Government is no longer pretending to be complying with it. On October 29th, Russia’s RIA Novosti press agency bannered, ”Kiev Withdraws From Delineation Agreement With East Ukraine: DPR,” and reported that “Kiev has withdrawn from the delineation agreement it signed with Donetsk authorities without any explanation, the deputy prime minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) said.” There was no announcement yet from the Ukrainian Government, however.
