“Conspiracy” is a REAL word for a REAL act that has existed in human societies in all cultures throughout human history. If conspiracies did not exist, we would not have a word for it. The problem that we face today is that the US Government has arrogated to itself a singular role as a political pontificate that believes that it and its agents in the Justice Department, alone, constitute the only “person” (corporate person) on this Earth who is allowed to use the word “conspiracy” as it employs the charge of “conspiracy” every week in trials to put both guilty and innocent people in jail while deriding and discrediting all others who employ the word as “conspiracy theorists.” (Paris Flammonde) [2q]

Also from the same article, direct quote: “Pacific Bluefin tuna carried radioactivity from Japan's 2011 Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster all the way across the ocean to the shores of California, scientists reported Monday.” So, putting the two diametrically opposed opposites together we can extrapolate, any and all Tuna making the journey west from Japan to Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California and/or Mexico are radioactive; but do not worry: after all, pro-nuke shills from Stonybrook are downplaying your tumor, cancer and leukemia risk with terms like “mildly radioactive”. What does “mildly radioactive tuna” actually mean? Is it blandly carcinogenic tuna, partially cancerous food, smoothly poisonous toxic meat, or just delicately toxic waste, radionuclide contaminated fish protein?

Since conflict erupted in April, Russia went all-out for diplomatic resolution. It has no ongoing military campaign.
It didn't invade Ukraine. It's not shelling cross-border. Or from inside Ukrainian territory.
Falsehoods in the NYT's Editorial, 'Mr. Putin Tests the West in Ukraine'

The only way to expose lies is within context; so, this will be somewhat lengthy:
The Times editorial opens with a falsehood: "There is no longer any doubt: Russian troops are in Ukraine, not as volunteers, as the rebel commander in Donetsk would have the world believe, but in units equipped with mobile artillery and heavy military equipment." Their only cited source for that statement is "a senior NATO officer." But should anyone take as a source, on that type of matter, either an anonymous U.S.-NATO official, or an anonymous Russian official? That's hardly an unprejudiced "source," in either case -- and it's their only source on this.
The context here has to be understood: During the run-up to our 19 March 2003 invasion of Iraq, the Times was similarly taking, as sources, anonymous U.S. officials, who lied about the evidence, saying that aluminum tubes were definitely being used for making weapons of mass destruction, when they weren't at all, and that "uranium from Niger" was being snuk into Iraq for nuclear bombs that were also a fabrication -- outright forged 'evidence,' selectively accepted, while the Times selectively rejected, and avoided even to mention, far more-solid evidence to the exact contrary. They wanted us to invade, and we did. The Times apologized for their "errors" years later, after the damage had already been done -- damage (many thousands of corpses, and several trillions of dollars in costs) that the Times greatly assisted George W. Bush to produce, by helping to sell the country on doing it.

Anti-Russian Sanctions Wars Continue

Obama and other NATO member state heads are currently meeting in Wales. Discussions will continue Friday.

This summit meeting is one of NATO's largest. Leaders and ministers from around 60 countries are attending.
Included are senior representatives from 33 partner countries, the UN, OSCE, EU and other international organizations.
NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said "concrete steps" will be taken "to enhance our partnership" with Kiev.
He wrongfully accused Russia of attacking Ukraine. "We are faced with a dramatically changed security environment," he said.
Homeless in Gaza

UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine refugees in the near east (UNWRA) Commissioner-General Pierre Krahenbuhl called for ending Gaza's blockade.
Otherwise, reconstruction will take over a decade, he said. Others estimate much longer.
Shelter Cluster is an Inter-Agency Standing Committee involved in helping people affected by natural disasters or conflicts.
Rebuilding Gaza will take 20 years under Israeli-imposed restrictions, it said. Palestinian officials estimate a cost of at least $6 billion to do so. Krahenbuhl estimates at least 20,000 homes destroyed as well as extensive infrastructure destruction.
He called it "imperative for the international community and for the people of Gaza to reconstruct after the devastation." Israeli aggression bears full responsibility.
Mocking Putin's Good Faith Ukraine Peace Plan

Putin's Ukraine Peace Plan

Southeastern Ukraine is Obama's war. Ending it is as simple as him calling off his dogs. He wants war, not peace.
He wants another puppet regime Washington controls. He wants Ukraine incorporated into NATO.
It shares a nearly 1.500 land and sea border with Russia. As a NATO member, it's a dagger threatening Russia's security.
It risks East/West confrontation. It's madness if it erupts.
Putin is geopolitically polar opposite Obama. He's not revanchist. He has no territorial ambitions. He doesn't threaten his neighbors.
He supports multi-world polarity. He believes sovereign independence is inviolable.
He wants conflicts resolved diplomatically. He deplores war. He champions peace.
