Psychiatry is based on a delusional conception of how the human mind works and what is needed in order to assist it to function optimally when it is not doing so. This is because the purpose of psychiatry, with the complicity of other professions in the 'mental health' field and the incredibly profitable pharmaceutical industry, as well as the support of the legal system and the corporate media in promoting this violence, has always been about profits and elite social control, not restoring the health of the ailing individual.

They're doing so to discuss how to suspend them if Southeastern Ukraine ceasefire holds.
It began Friday evening. It's shaky at best. Fighting continues sporadically around Donetsk and Mariupol.
Self-defense forces observe ceasefire terms, they said. They blame neo-Nazi-infested brigades for continued fighting.
According to Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Defense Minister Vladimir Kononov, "(i)f provocations continue, (he'll) reciprocate with deadly force."

“Conspiracy” is a REAL word for a REAL act that has existed in human societies in all cultures throughout human history. If conspiracies did not exist, we would not have a word for it. Dutch Release MH17 findings - Shocker

(Updated 9/9) The official investigators of the Malaysia MH 17 shoot down over Ukraine released just a bit of preliminary findings. The Dutch Safety Board summarized its findings as follows (Image: AnderweltOnline.com):
"Damage observed on the forward fuselage and cockpit section of the aircraft appears to indicate that there were impacts from a large number of high energy objects from outside the aircraft.
"The pattern of damage observed in thei forward fuselage and cockpit section of the aircraft were not consistent with the damage that would be expected from any known failure mode of the aircraft, its engines or systems." (p. 30) Preliminary Report, Dutch Safety Board, Sep 9, 2014
The preliminary findings failed to name a perpetrator. The full report will be out sometime in mid 2015.

In an inscrutable move that has alarmed state treasurers, the Federal Reserve, along with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, just changed the liquidity requirements for the nation’s largest banks. Municipal bonds, long considered safe liquid investments, have been eliminated from the list of high-quality liquid collateral. assets (HQLA). That means banks that are the largest holders of munis are liable to start dumping them in favor of the Treasuries and corporate bonds that do satisfy the requirement.
Muni bonds fund the nation’s critical infrastructure, and they are subject to the whims of the market: as demand goes down, interest rates must be raised to attract buyers. State and local governments could find themselves in the position of cash-strapped Eurozone states, subject to crippling interest rates. The starkest example is Greece, where rates went as high as 30% when investors feared the government’s insolvency. Sky-high interest rates, in turn, are the fast track to insolvency. Greece wound up stripped of its assets, which were privatized at fire sale prices in a futile attempt to keep up with the bills.
