The Associated Press (AP) has LOST a lawsuit against President Trump and other officials in the White House after AP was kicked out for refusing to refer to the Gulf of America. | AP insisted they would continue to call it the Gulf of Mexico because no international organization had agreed to rename the Gulf. The White House informed AP that if they did not obey President Trump's Executive Order, they would lose access to the White House and to the President. AP refused and was denied access. AP sued claiming the White House was violating their First Amendment-protected rights to freedom of speech and freedom of the Press. Today, a federal judge sided with the President and the White House, ruling media outlets aren’t entitled to special privileges.
