The strikes have disrupted Kiev's production of ammunition and weaponry, according to the Russian Defense Ministry | The Russian military has launched a large-scale missile attack against Ukraine's military industry, disrupting production of weaponry and munitions, the Defense Ministry said on Monday. "...[T]he Russian Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a group missile attack with long-range precision weapons, air- and sea-based, on the military-industrial complex of Ukraine," the ministry said during its daily media briefing, adding "all assigned targets were hit." While the Russian military did not specify which locations had been targeted exactly, Ukrainian media reported strikes in Kiev, Sumy and Dnepropetrovsk regions. The latter has apparently experienced the worst, with a massive explosion reported on the outskirts of the city of Pavlograd.

Biden’s ongoing court appearances revolve around a paternity dispute with former stripper Lunden Roberts over their 4-year-old daughter. The young girl was confirmed to be Biden’s in 2020, and he soon reached a deal to begin making child support payments. Two years later, he attempted to adjust the payments. The May 1 hearing is expected to involve partly the issue of an expert witness on Hunter Biden’s laptop, a key piece of evidence that Roberts’ lawyers argue holds critical information about the financials of the president’s son. IRS plans to hire gun-carrying special agents in all 50 states | The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is looking to hire special agents who carry guns and make arrests with jobs available in all 50 states, according to a posting on the agency's website. The law enforcement branch of the IRS, known as the Criminal Investigation (CI) division, is hiring for the role at locations throughout the U.S. IRS special agents within the CI division are the only IRS employees who are authorized by law to carry and use firearms. IRS-CI investigates financial crimes, money laundering, tax-related identity theft and terrorist financing efforts.
