A child rapist has been spared prison for a second time after his defense lawyer urged the judge to consider the impact on prison overcrowding. A registered trade union for those in the profession of nursing in the U.K. has just issued new guidelines on situations where they can refuse to treat and withdraw care from patients and this includes clients who would oppose illegal migration because they deem them "racists."
