A California-based drone maker has unveiled the Snipe, a miniature scouting quad-copter designed for tactical use by infantry in the field. 20 of the 5-ounce drones have already been delivered to the US government, the company said. The Food and Drug Administration will fund a campaign to promote genetically modified organisms in food under a bipartisan agreement to keep the government funded through the end of September.
