She was tied up, threatened, and struck with a pistol while they ransacked her home, according to police records. ICE officials tell me that one of these migrants crossed into the U.S. illegally through El Paso in March. He has been arrested at least twice before this, including for DWI, but despite his conviction, he was released back into the community.
