Roseanne Barr Declares Candidacy for Presidency! (Satire)

May 9th, 2010

from William Hughes

11 days ago Just when you thought there was no hope left, Roseanne Barr has come to the rescue. On Mother’s Day, May 8, 2010, the popular actress and comedian, declared her candidacy for the Presidency of the U.S. And, if that wasn’t enough to scare the pants off the power brokers, she’s also tossing her bonnet into the race for Prime Minister of Israel. If elected, Ms. Barr intends to bring back the guillotine and to use it on the culpable ultra-rich who have been robbing the poor. She promised to only use the Frenchy’s WMD, “on a selective basis,” and also to do away with the “Patriarchal” system. Ms. Barr was introduced by CODEPINK cofounder Medea Benjamin. Ms. Barr’s speech, tongue firmly in cheek, was given in John Marshall Park, in Washington, D.C. as part of the Mother’s Day Peace-related festivities, sponsored by CODEPINK, a peace and justice group. Columbia Mo SWAT Raid 2/11/2010. Cops Shoot Pets With Children Present

May 8th, 2010

The police state thugs say they found a small amount of marijuana in a pipe. What a good reason to bust down somebody’s door in the middle of the night, shoot their dogs in front of their children, and drag them off to jail. For all those people living in Mexico and the countries of South America who are thinking of coming to live in the American slave state police state, watch this video and think again. Although you may have a lower standard of living in your country, you still enjoy more personal freedom than you will in America. And in your country nobody cares if you smoke a little pot, whereas in America the corporate fascist government uses marijuana as an excuse to terrorize, and keep people accustomed to being brutalized and controlled. And marijuana is used to fill up the American corporate prison system with millions of non-violent high profit prisoners each year, more prisoners than the rest of the world combined. Marijuana itself is harmless; but the psychotic laws against it and the legal system used to enforce those laws are destroying millions of lives.

Israel will NOT be a Jewish state - Gilad Atzmon

May 4th, 2010

from Morris

"Gilad Atzmon talks of the inevitability of Israel being a state of its citizens and therefore no longer a Jewish state. This video got unjustly restricted by YouTube - seemingly because of Armenian protests at the satirical comment that the Jews should go back to Armenia (the source of the Judaism that converted the Khazars). NEVER was it said that the Jews (ie. people who think they are) were the same people as the Armenians, anymore than they think they are the same people as the Palestinians. So the comments are now closed as there is no progression in them. And they have caused a YouTube restriction!" - Morris

►Ralph Nader “On Corporate Power in the United States”

May 3rd, 2010

from William Hughes on Vimeo

"On April 20, 2010, author and political gadfly Ralph Nader gave a lecture at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), in Baltimore, MD. He spoke before a near capacity audience for over an hour. Mr. Nader spotlighted corporate power and abuses in the U.S., and how AIG, the insurance titan, is the biggest recipient of “welfare--$182 Billion!” He showed how the workers in Western Europe have long had splendid social programs, like: “universal health insurance,” that are regularly denied our citizens. Mr. Nader submitted that the American psyche is dominated by a “fundamentalist market” ideology. Corporation loyalty, he also charged, citing various examples of gross abuse, is to the “dollar sign,” and not to the country. Professor Fimin DeBrabander of MICA introduced Mr. Nader."
