According to Chossudovsky:

Michel Chossudovsky along with the other disinformation agents in the underground alternative media like Alex Jones, David Icke, Thrive and Zeitgeist disseminate this nonsense to keep us feeling helpless, isolated, resentful and in fear: All negative energy, which I claim is their goal.

When was the Inauguration of “Police State” in America?

The “National Defense Authorization Act " (H.R. 1540) repeals the US Constitution. While the facade of democracy prevails, supported by media propaganda, the American republic is fractured. The tendency is towards the establishment of a totalitarian State, a military government dressed in civilian clothes.

Chossudovsky puts this in a comparative historical context and points out that the relevant provisions of the NDAA HR 1540 are, in many regards, comparable to those contained in the "Decree of the Reich President for the Protection of People and State", commonly known as the "Reichstag Fire Decree" (Reichstagsbrandverordnung) enacted in Germany under the Weimar Republic on 27 February 1933 by President (Field Marshal) Paul von Hindenburg.

Implemented in the immediate wake of the Reichstag Fire (which served as a pretext — just like the Patriot Act after PNAC orchestrated the 9/11 'Reichstag fire' designed to lead America into dictatorship [2]), this February 1933 decree was used to repeal civil liberties under the pretext of "protecting" democracy including the right of Habeas Corpus. Article 1 of the Decree contained restrictions on personal liberty, expression of opinions, freedom of the press, right of association and assembly, the privacy of postal, telegraphic, and telephonic communications, warrants for house-searches, orders for confiscations, as well as restrictions on property rights.

So according to Chossudovsky, Obama signed away our rights in Hawaii on the 31st of December 2011.

Which president was the first to sign away our rights? Was it…

• Barack Obama when he signed NDAA (HR 1540) into law December 2011. HR 1540, according to Michel, is tantamount to the militarization of law enforcement, the repeal of the Posse Comitatus Act and the Inauguration in 2012 of Police State USA.

• George Bush Jr. when he signed the Patriot Act and the Military Commissions Act, which resulted in the suspension of Habeas Corpus in 2006.

• William Jefferson [Rockefeller] Clinton when he signed the Violent Crime Control Act in 1991 that allowed any president to suspend the Constitution and Constitutional rights of Americans during a "drug crisis". The act also provided for the construction of detention camps, seizure of property, and military control of populated areas.

• Ronald Reagan when he signed into law National Security Decision Directive #47 (NSDD47, Rex 82), that allowed Reagan to implement Emergency Mobilization Preparedness in 1982. Where socio/economic regulations or other legal constraints would be waived in the event of a national emergency. The Rex 84 Program (in 1984) was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons. Rex 82 and 84 allowed the President, for any reason, to declare earthquakes, international tensions or even a financial crisis, a national emergency. FEMA can then implement Executive Orders 10995 through 11005.

Answer: None of the above.

John F. Kennedy ended what was left of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights after the south lost the civil war, when he signed Executive Orders 10995 through 11005 in 1962.

10995 through 11005 allowed the government to seize and control all forms of communication and their infrastructure (voice, data, media), energy (electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals), transportation (vehicles, aircraft of any kind, highways, seaports, and waterways), designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration and of course all food resources and farms.

A president could now declare martial law and direct FEMA to take control of local, state, and national governments using ‘National Police Force,” formally referred to by the name of Multi Jurisdictional Task Force (MJTF), comprised of specially selected US military personnel (Blackwater) and foreign military units carrying United Nations ID cards.

The USA Police know that Americans are reluctant to fire on their fellow citizens.
