On Wednesday, July 23, 2014, Lamoreaux Judge Glenn Salter ordered the removal of American child sex slave Lexi Dillon from the United States and into the hands of the foreigner Tustin Police said raped and sodomized her repeatedly. Lexi is a very sweet American nine year old girl whose life has been shattered by court-enforced unwanted sex with her father - according to Tustin Police, medical professionals, and TV news reports. Salter went further than ordering the removal of the American child from her native land, knowing it would be for sex. He issued an additional order that would prevent Lexi’s protective mother, a loving, health professional, from saving her daughter from the sex trade. Under the order, the mom could be arrested for just trying to rescue her daughter from the little girl’s unwanted handlers, people reportedly with criminal backgrounds. Recordings have shown the girl begging to be returned to her mother but the little girl’s pleas have fallen on deaf ears, including the uncaring ears of Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez, in whose district Judge Salter hands down edicts judicially trafficking little American children into the foreign sex slave business.

Where are Jerry Brown and Kamala Harris? Millions of Americans have demanded that they act. Yet they sit frozen, intentionally allowing the sex trafficking of young American minors to other parts of the world. The urgency of the situation means that Kamala and Jerry are the only state officials with the emergency authority to save the little American child. Each of these two has the power to stop the deportation of this nine year old American sex slave and take over the case.

Little Lexi is held prisoner against her will by handlers she hates. She is unable to play with other children and is actively prevented from speaking to anyone who can help her. The dad cannot re-enter the U.S. -- reportedly for national security reasons -- and his only citizenship is in Thailand, which does not honor the Hague Convention.

Prior to lifting a travel ban last month, Salter officially acknowledged in court that doing such would be tantamount to sending Lexi to sex slavery in Thailand. In attempting to cover his tracks, Salter has chosen to punish two mandated reporters for verifying the rape and sodomization of the girl. Salter has stricken evidence of sexual abuse and mere reference to professionals confirming the sex acts from the record. Salter has punished the mother for letting the girl talk to the police. He has punished her for taking the girl to a doctor for treatment of the sexual abuse. The mother only lost custody BECAUSE she let the child be treated for the medical damage done by the father’s alleged sex acts and BECAUSE she let the daughter talk to the Tustin police about what her father did to her.

It is the public that needs to act as Brown and Harris appear paralyzed with inertia or a lack of conscience over letting a little nine year old girl being forced to travel to Thailand as a sex slave with a man whom the Tustin Police say had sex with the girl again and again and again and again and again and again and so forth. The public needs to step up to the plate and call and fax Jerry, Kamala and Loretta as many times as it takes to get action. Every minute counts.

Should Judge Salter be removed from office? Do public officials who fail to act deserve reelection in November? The public may need to make hard choices between loyalty to politicians who have been around a while and saving the lives of California’s Children. Should little nine year old Lexi have the right to say “no” to sex? Should YOUR little kids have the right to say “no” to sex? According to Judge Glenn Salter, “NO.” And so far, judicially mandated sex with children appears to be just fine with Jerry, Kamala and Loretta. Maybe your phone calls and faxes will convince them otherwise.
