Both countries are geopolitical opposites. Russia supports peace and stability. Rule of law principles. Inviolable nation-state sovereignty.
Intervention against other nations is longstanding US policy. Despite international law prohibiting it.
America deplores peace and stability. Wages permanent wars of aggression. Against one nation after another.
Has the most appalling human rights record in world history.
Including genocidal mass slaughter and destruction.
Torture and other ill-treatment. Atrocities of every kind. Virtually every crime imaginable and then some. An unprincipled, unmatched record.
Targeting Russia irresponsibly. Risking East/West confrontation. Possible global war.
Threatening humanity's survival. Potential mushroom cloud denouement. Lunatics running things make the unthinkable possible.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov blames Washington for deteriorating relations. Justifiably.
Saying Putin and Obama "had talks (in Beijing) on several international issues…(B)ut (it) would be untrue to say that after this we have new prospects, particularly in improving relations with the US."
"There is no such impetus." No U-turn "in sight. Responsibility for stagnation in our relations fully lies" with America.
Confrontation overrides responsible diplomatic relations. Ukraine remains in the eye of the storm.
Kiev waging US-supported naked aggression against its own people. Russia's Foreign Ministry criticizing OSCE policy.
One-sidedly backing what demands condemnation. Ignoring Kiev's "military preparations and the concentration of the Ukrainian army's strike forces along the line of engagement," it said.
Intending resumed full-scale confrontation. Dirty war. Without mercy. Against defenseless civilians.
"It appears (OSCE monitors intend) "helping and supporting only one side of the conflict - the authorities in Kiev," Russia's Foreign Ministry said.
Its reports are grossly biased. Ignoring "numerous cases when the Ukrainian military violated not only conditions of the Minsk agreement, but also the norms of international humanitarian law, the rampaging of neo-fascists, and nationalist Kiev-controlled regions."
Its policy "undermines the credibility of its work." One-sided reports are "unacceptable."
Ukrainian military harassment of Russian OSCE monitors goes unmentioned.
"The mission has to report all obstructions to the work of its monitors," said Russia's Foreign Ministry.
"…Kiev authorities carry the full responsibility for ensuring safety, due privileges, and immunities to all OSCE employees in Ukraine, including those with Russian citizenship."
OSCE's mission statement calls its main objective helping "reduce tensions and promote peace, stability an security."
Its actions are polar opposite. Supporting naked Kiev aggression. Ignoring its repeated ceasefire violations.
Turning a blind eye to appalling atrocities. Blaming Donbas self-defense forces for Kiev high crimes against peace.
According to Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich:
Conditions in Ukraine are deplorable. Russia continues going all-out for peaceful conflict resolution.
Providing thousands of tons of humanitarian aid. The only nation doing the right thing.
OSCE reports fall short of objectivity. Notably on November 7. Near Donetsk School No. 63.
"…(W)here two children died and several more were gravely wounded as a result of shelling."
"OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) observers (saying) their inspection of shell holes in the school’s football patch clearly indicated (munitions) came from the northwest, which is Ukrainian-controlled territory."
"However, the SMM information for the media does not include the indication of the direction from which the school was shelled."
Far more than an "unfortunate omission. (A blatant) relapse of the old 'disease' when observers distorted facts to suit Kiev even if they damaged their reputation and were contrary to the standards of objectivity."
SMM members ignored their prioritized task. Promoting national dialogue. Resolve ongoing conflict equitably.
"We urge the SMM to stop acting like prosecution witnesses and to resume objective efforts in the name of peace and stability in Ukraine," said Lukashevich.
Ukraine's defense ministry "provoked a media scandal." Regarding Russian OSCE observers objecting to Kiev's military buildup.
In preparation for all-out conflict. Western SMM members ignoring what's ongoing. At the same time, Ukraine's defense minister, Stepan Poltorak, told cabinet ministers about "preparations to resume hostilities and related redeployment of troops," said Lukashevich.
Andrey Kelin is Moscow's OSCE representative. On November 14, he issued a statement saying in part:
Russia advocates peaceful Ukrainian conflict resolution. "(F)ull fledged national dialogue (involving) representatives of all of Ukraine’s regions and political forces."
According to Geneva and Minsk agreed terms. So far, parties involved in conflict failed to "ensure their effective implementation."
"There is a pressing need to complete the coordination procedure for the line of disengagement to ensure effective ceasefire monitoring and terms of a ceasefire, and ensure the withdrawal of heavy weapons."
Remarks by Kiev officials" sabotage peaceful conflict resolution. "(A)bout the impossibility of a dialogue with representatives of the people of the Lugansk and Donetsk regions, whom they continue to call terrorists…"
Reality is polar opposite their irresponsible claims. Kiev repeatedly violated ceasefire terms. Continuing conflict.
"(A)massing (troops) along the entire frontline." Confirmed by Kiev's defense ministry. Preparing for "combat operations during the winter period."
"Contracts for the procurement of arms and military equipment through the end of the year have been signed, worth a total of 1 billion hryvnia."
"Ukrainian presidential adviser Yury Lutsenko said that four armour and tank manufacturing plants are working around the clock."
"Armoured vehicles are being sent to the southeast. These words are supported by deeds."
"Ukrainian forces are concentrating in close proximity to urban areas in Donbass. As a result of incidents erupting along the line of contact, civilians are being killed every day."
Heavy artillery, tanks, tactical missile systems, anti-aircraft guns, multiple rocket launchers, and other weapons moved into Karlovka. Lugansk. Krasnaya. Talovka. Gorlovka. Donetsk.
Information is being suppressed. Doing so "creates a distorted and provocative picture of what is going on."
"To eliminate any doubts about the balanced approach of monitors, equal attention should be given to monitoring the situation on both sides of the contact line."
"Amid the redeployment and concentration of Ukrainian troops, it is hardly surprising that the self-defence forces are reinforcing their positions in areas that are coming under constant attacks from Ukrain(e's)" military.
Big Lies bury hard truths. Justifying Kiev's buildup irresponsibly. Lying about Russian tanks and troops invading Ukraine. Repeated by Western officials and NATO.
Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) General Philip Breedlove irresponsibly saying:
"We have seen columns of Russian equipment, primarily Russian tanks, Russian artillery, Russian air defence systems and Russian combat troops entering into Ukraine."
The Russian/Ukraine border "is completely wide-open." On November 13, Pentagon-controlled Stars and Stripes reported a "25,000-strong NATO response force" formed against a nonexistent Russian threat.
Claiming one is baseless. No evidence suggests it. Big Lies substitute.
Kelin affirmed Russia's support for November 2 Donetsk and Lugansk elections. "(N)ot in conflict with Minsk or other agreements," he said.
An "expression" of popular will "should be treated with respect." Self-determination is a universal right.
Donbas voters expressed theirs democratically. Deserving unqualfied universal support. Recognizing their political rights is essential.
Otherwise, dialogue for peaceful conflict resolution "will be difficult" or impossible. Entirely absent so far.
Nothing suggests changed Kiev policy. Or OSCE support for what demands condemnation.
"The long list of Kiev’s violations of the Minsk agreements, which we presented at the previous meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council, has this week been supplemented by its refusal to enact the Amnesty Law," said Kelin.
"(N)one of the laws provided for in the Minsk agreements have been enforced. The destruction of vital urban infrastructure continues."
Donbas self-defense forces report "about 6,000 infrastructure facilities…destroyed in the Donetsk region as a result of the security operation by the Ukrainian authorities, including 3,600 facilities in Donetsk itself."
"As of early November, 311 facilities, including 20 residential buildings, were damaged. Last night, five streets in Donetsk were shelled from Mikhailovka and Peski."
Casualties and damage to residential buildings occur daily. Kiev bears full responsibility for continued aggression.
Killing its citizens in cold blood. Including "relatives, parents, brothers, sisters and children…" With full Western support and encouragement. Blaming self-defense forces for its crimes.
On November 15, Putin said Western sanctions on Russia undermine Ukraine's economy. Russian banks "extended a $25 billion loan to the Ukrainian economy."
"If our European and American partners want to help Ukraine, how can they undermine the financial base by limiting our financial institutions’ access to world capital markets?"
"Do they want to bankrupt our banks? In that case they will bankrupt Ukraine."
"Have they thought about what they are doing at all or not? Or has politics blinded them?"
"As we know eyes constitute a peripheral part of brain. Was something switched off in their brains?"
On November 15, Western media misreported Putin plans to leave G20 summit talks early.
After threats of more sanctions. Inhospitable treatment. Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott threatening to shirtfront him weeks earlier.
A football term. Meaning violent chest bumping or tackling. Canadian Prime Minister confronting Putin in Brisbane, saying:
"I guess I'll shake your hand but I have only one thing to say to you: you need to get out of Ukraine."
Canada partners with Washington's killing machine. Harper's rap sheet includes multiple war crimes.
His spokesman Jason MacDonald said Putin's response to Harper's insult wasn't positive. Without elaborating.
Putin shows remarkable restraint. A model diplomat despite relentless irresponsible Western bashing.
His spokesman Dmitry Peskov calling reports about him leaving Brisbane early "nonsense."
Obama called America a world leader "opposing Russia's aggression in Ukraine." A "threat to the world," he said.
Polar opposite reality. Russia goes all-out for regional peace and stability. Washington deplores it.
Obama repeats one Big Lie after another. Waging direct and proxy wars of aggression.
Against one nation after another. Responsible for millions of deaths. Horrific human misery. Using puppet Kiev stooges against Russia.
Threatening world peace. Partnering with irresponsible allies. Using NATO as a dagger at humanity's heart.
State terrorism is longstanding US policy. Genocidal mass slaughter is OK.
Rule of law principles don't matter. Democracy a convenient illusion. Verboten at home and abroad.
Police state ruthlessness substitutes. Menacing humanity's survival. Obama exceeds the worst of his predecessors.
Impeaching him is a national imperative. Stopping him before it's too late. America's killing machine.
Tyranny heading toward full-blown. US citizens are constitutionally empowered to resist.
Entitled to challenge US lawlessness. Ruthlessness. Hold culpable officials accountable. Imprisoning them where they belong.
Rule of law principles matter. They're inviolable. No one is exempt. Naked aggression, extrajudicial killing, torture, and other high crimes no longer can be tolerated.
Out-of-control lawbreaking demands accountability. Humanity's survival depends on it.
