Why Was My Message Rejected?

October 4th, 2015

Katherine Smith PhD
I have been raising awareness about The Nationwide Broken Child Protection System since 2013 (www.savelexi.com).

July 5, 2015, I sent out a submission email about an article published at State of the Nation. The email about how Child Protective Services fails to protect children would be my last.

Screen Shot 2015-10-03 at 10.15.55 AM

From that date forward the Internet Police were watching me. An email with a BCC of more than five emails resulted in the following alert:

Message rejected. See https://support.google.com/mail/answer/69585 for more information.

I tried using a different address to send out an email submission about understanding the Secret to Understanding Child Protective Services.

Screen Shot 2015-10-03 at 10.23.03 AM

However after just 45 emails sent successfully I was right back where I started: Message rejected. See https://support.google.com/mail/answer/69585 for more information.

Here is the article the Internet Police don't want you to read. Please share with all of your friends.

The Secret to Understanding Family Law Courts, Law Enforcement and Child Protective Services (Part 1 & Part 2)

By Katherine Smith, Ph.D.

“What you have to understand, John, is that sometimes there are forces and events too big, too powerful, with so much at stake for other people or institutions, that you cannot do anything about them, no matter how evil or wrong they are and no matter how dedicated or sincere you are or how much evidence you have. This is simply one of the hard facts of life you have to face.”

Former CIA director and Cercle member William Colby giving advice to his friend senator John DeCamp, urging him to quit his investigations into the Franklin child abuse affair and to write a book about his experiences (The Franklin Coverup, 2nd edition, foreword Second Edition: First printing, December 1996).

WASHINGTON, May 6, 1996— William E. Colby, who as Director of Central Intelligence chose to disclose some of the nation’s darkest secrets to save the spy service he loved, drowned on April 27 in a tributary of the Potomac River in Maryland. He was 76 and lived in the Georgetown section of Washington. When Colby vanished in rough waters on a late-night, solo canoe trip in 1996, local sheriffs ruled out suicide before they even found his body. A lifetime of espionage meant Colby had enemies from Baltimore to Bali, and conspiracy theories about his death still circulate between Georgetown mansions and CIA headquarters in Langley, Va., today, despite an official ruling of accidental death.

The FRANKLIN SCANDAL will be the first commercially-published book to tell the tale of a power elite pedophile ring in the U.S. and also of the cover-up of its heinous crimes. Various news organizations have attempted to break aspects of this story, but the reports have either been ignored or mysteriously shelved. Major news agencies, including ABC, have backed away from pursuing this story; conversely, CBS abetted its cover-up. It’s obvious that very powerful people have a vested interest in safeguarding the secret.

And while I will agree that Fox 11 News Reporter Martin Burns and three former Georgia state senators, Nancy Schaefer (R), Bobby Franklin (R) and Robert Brown (D) and documentary maker, Bill Bowen were killed because they were about to “out” important child raping politicians, but that isn’t the secret. [Appendix A]

After all look at how many important people in positions of power all over the world who “On occasion, need to fuck kids,” are “outed” regularly because the FBI and MI5 failed to keep their names out of the media. Pedophiles in Politics: An Open Source Investigation [1]

There are four cases of abuse that need to be reconciled before we can understand why our legal, social and law enforcement systems fail to protect women and children from abuse, the real secret.

  1. Women who are being battered and physically abused but are unable to get a Judge to issue a permanent restraining order against a violent and abusive man. History of Battered Women’s Movement
  1. Women who lose custody to her husband or partner who has sexually molested their child. [Save Lexi Dillon] [2]
  1. Women and families who lose custody to the foster care system.Your Child Is Not Safe from the Global Elite’s Child Sex Trafficking Rings
  1. Children whose parents are allowed to abuse them to death under the auspices of social services and law enforcement. [ 786 Abused Kids Died In Plain View Of Authorities: Report, Boy's alleged abuse described in graphic grand jury testimony]

Paedophilia and Child Sex Trafficking can explain 2 & 3 but not 1 or 4. [3]

Bribery and corruption appear to be a factor in 2 & 3, and they do exist, but they fall short when you consider the numerous cases where the man has no resources. [2]

“Gender bias” is often offered as an explanation when discussing 1 & 4 but is rejected because it’s too “simple” an explanation. But, is it?

Gender Bias and The Bible

Although subtle in the West, it would be hard to argue that the gender gap (gender bias) does not affect women in politics, the media and the workplace . Women still lag behind men in every aspect of their careers. Gender Bias and Its Impact on Education, Business, Politics and Society

Gender Biases in Child Welfare by Christina Risley-Curtiss and Kristin Heffernan supports the premise that gender biases are an important factor in child protective services. The article explores how these biases are currently manifested in abuse to women and children and recommends changes in research, policy, and practice but does not discuss their origin.Protecting Mothers Against Gender-Plus Bias: Part 2

All or part of the Bible has been translated into more than 1,200 languages, and every year more copies of the Bible are sold than of any other single book.

Psychohistory, the science of historical motivation, can explain why professor Bart D. Ehrman (REF), a professor of Religious Studies, considers the Bible the most important book in Western Civilization. Ehrman says he immerses himself in the Bible, not because of it's inerrancy or infallibility, but because the Bible influenced and shaped the global attitudes and beliefs in Western civilization. [4]

In the Bible, men are elevated to the top of a hierarchy in which position is power, might makes right, and women and children women are property.

The system of injustice to women and children and the belief they are property in Western cultures is based on the principles of the Old (and New [5]) Testament.

Women

The books of Genesis and Exodus teach that women are considered the property of a man. Men ruled over women and their children. Women had very few, if any, rights and any protection afforded them was based on property laws rather than civil rights. [6]

Men often bought women from their families or at an auction, usually before the age of twelve. The fathers owned the women (daughters, wives, concubines, handmaidens, servants etc.) and if you wanted to have intercourse with one of his properties, then you had to ask his permission. If a father sold a daughter, he would get more money for her if she was a virgin. Most marriages were arranged for financial reasons.

In the Old Testament the verses that people site for being against premarital sex are actual verses about stealing another man's property. [6]

Deuteronomy 22:28 - 29: "If a man finds a girl who is a virgin, who is not engaged, and seizes her and lies with her and they are discovered, then the man who lay with her shall give to the girl's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall become his wife because he has violated her; he cannot divorce her all his days."

The verse is clear that forced premarital sex, or rape is stealing, but unlike in the book of Exodus, this trespass provides a punishment, as the male rapist not only stole from the woman herself but from the woman's father as well.

Even great prophet Solomon, who was said to be favored by God, had seven hundred princesses and three hundred concubines. The Bible shows that polygamy, rape, incest, and orgies are not only accepted, but often rewarded by God. It was common practice of the "great men of the Bible," none of whom were condemned by God in the Bible.

The Hebrew understanding of adultery was that it was wrong for a married woman to have sex with another man since that violated her husband’s property rights to his wife. It was not wrong for a man because a woman had no such property rights. A married man could have as many wives as he could afford as long as he did not marry another man's property.

The word translated as "sexual immorality" or "fornication" in English versions of the Bible comes from the Greek word porneia, which means "illicit sexual intercourse" which is regulated legally within a property framework. A “used” female is damaged goods, and consequently a rapist can be forced to buy the girl he has violated from her owner—the father (“What the Bible Says about Rape and Rape Babies”). An unmarried female who voluntarily becomes “impure” can be killed, and a married woman who is suspected of adultery can be forced to drink poison and/or be stoned. The Bible records an intense focus on bloodlines and genealogies in the cultures from which it emerged, not unlike the elaborate records modern ranchers keep on their breeding of stock. In this context, a fertile female is a specific kind of wealth.

Children

If any man had a stubborn and rebellious son who would not obey or acknowledge his parents, then his father could take him to the elders of the city, and proclaim, “This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey us, he is a glutton and a drunkard:” then the men of the city could stone the son to death, to “remove the evil from your midst.”Deuteronomy 21:18–21

The macro view of scripture is that a man’s children are his possessions, to be trained, traded and treated as he sees fit, even if it results in death. This view of children emerges in the Hebrew Tanakh, beginning with the book of Genesis, and continues into the Christian New Testament. Stories, commandments, legal codes, and theology are built on this premise and make sense only when we understand that fatherhood translates to ownership.

Abraham is considered the father of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. God promises Abraham a son whose offspring “will be as numerous as the stars.” But then God tells Abraham: “Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains that I shall show you.” (Genesis 22:1-12) At no point does the story suggest that Isaac is an independent person with a right to life.

Lot was the only righteous man living in the evil city of Sodom. Two beautiful angels come down from heaven to stay at his house but before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom -- both young and old--surrounded the house and demand Lot turn them over so they can be raped. Lot goes outside and pleads with them, "No, my friends. Don't do this wicked thing, Look, I have two daughters who have never slept with a man. Let me bring them out to you, and you can do what you like with them. But don't do anything to these men, for they have come under the protection of my roof." (Gen 19:8).

Notice in the story of Isaac and Lot, not the children, nor the mothers, are never consulted. The father has absolute authority over their lives.

Jephthah, the son of a prostitute, a mighty man of valor, who was driven off by his father’s legitimate sons and heads a band of outlaws until his brothers beg him to lead an army against their enemies, the Ammonites. “The spirit of the Lord comes upon him,” and he goes on to defeat their enemies and in gratitude Jephthah tells God he will sacrifice the first one who greets him when he returns home.

The first one happens to be his only daughter, whom he sacrifices. His filicide is counted as righteousness on his part. [7]

Daughters in the Bible rarely are threatened with human sacrifice, but they routinely are given in marriage to cement diplomatic ties or to reward military exploits. In the book of Judges, the chieftain Caleb promises his daughter to any man who manages to conquer the city of Hebron (Judges 1:12-13).

The Ten Commandments are considered the ultimate moral code but there are several versions of the commandments. The most familiar version of the Ten Commandments opens and closes with verses that consider women and children as extensions of men. In Commandment 10, women get included in a property list, "don’t covet your neighbor’s ox or ass or wife..." The first Commandment is clear that children can be punished if Jehovah is not properly respected:

“You shall not make for yourself an idol, whether in the form of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and the fourth generation of those who reject me.” (Exodus 20:5)

If God is willing to punish children for the sins of their fathers, then we should expect his followers to do the same. What we don’t expect is that after the occupation of Jerusalem they are fantasizing about harming children.

O daughter Babylon, you devastator!, Happy shall they be who pay you back, what you have done to us! Happy shall they be who take your little ones and dash them against the rock! (Psalms 137:9)

Jesus Christ

No single Bible story has done more to demonstrate the degraded concept of childhood than the story of Jesus himself. The Christ story draw elements from earlier narratives going all the way back to that image of Isaac on the altar. Jesus is the ultimate filial sacrifice, the ultimate lamb without blemish, the ultimate target of proxy punishment in a world where two wrongs somehow make a right. “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son” (John 3:16).

God gave his child, just like Abraham, Laban, Jephtheh, Lot and Caleb gave their children.

The Bible is not about a world in which women and children have rights of person hood, autonomy or to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”

The Bible is about the secret to Understanding Family Law Courts, Law Enforcement and Child Protective Services.

[1] As 2015 begins, high-profile cases involving accusations of pedophilia in the highest ranks of political power are making headlines on both sides of the Atlantic.

MPs Caught in Pedophile Network The first case involves the exposure of five VIP pedophile rings operating in Britain in the 1970s and 80s that have been researched in a dossier compiled by John Mann, an MP for Bassetlaw in the Midlands, which was then submitted to the London Metropolitan Police for further investigation. These five rings all included at least one current or former member of parliament, with a total of 24 politicians having been identified in Mann’s dossier. Six of those 24 are currently serving members of the UK government, including three MPs and three members of the House of Lords. As an MP himself, Mann enjoys parliamentary privilege to name the accused politicians in the House of Commons but has said he will not do so because he believes the accusations should be investigated by police first.

[2] In case after case during the custody trials the system display an egregious arrogance in refusing to allow any evidence or testimony that would keep the children from harm. What you have is a social service, family court, law enforcement and district attorneys all cooperating to protect a man, in the Ruby Dillon case, who the Orange County Sheriff’s Department had already concluded is guilty. If bribery and corruption were true then the system would never allow a Ruby’s high profile case to reach the media, because it would be bad for business.

Have you thought about Ruby's case in the context of the world we live in? The media attention surrounding Ruby's attempt to get her daughter back was and still is formidable. You have to ask yourself this question. Do we have a legal system that is actually about justice? If you are in Jail you are either a loser or innocent. Is it possible, police, prosecutors, minors counsels, counselors and custody evaluators, county counsels and social service employees would jeopardize the payoffs, their reputation and jobs to protect an innocent child molestor?

No the reality of our "justice" system is that innocent people are thrown under the bus every day for the most trivial reasons. Mathew's case is even more incredible because he has fled the country and made it clear he doesn't even want custody. California Family Courts Helping Pedophiles, Batterers Get Child Custody

[3] Although it is hard to get your head around a legal, law enforcement and child protective system that is populated by paedophiles, unfortunately there is no other explanation for the way these cases are handled. When a child is taken away from a responsible parent and given to the abuser/paedophile in public a message is being sent to both the parents of children who are abused and the abuser.

“The sexual liberation discourse”, which has existed since the 1970s. “There are a lot of people,” she says, “who say: we outlawed homosexuality, and we were wrong. Perhaps we’re wrong about paedophilia.”

Paedophilia “ will soon become an accepted sexual orientation” “Adult sexual attraction to children is part of the continuum of human sexuality; there is nothing wrong with men being sexually attracted to children. Until we can avoid the hysteria then women stop labeling paedophiles as monsters or you will find yourself in the Ruby Dillon situation." llinois and Virginia CPS’ Conspire to Steal and Sex Traffic Children

[4] Psychohistory is “the science of historical motivation,” (i.e. the study of psychology and history) and the principle of methodological individualism (Broadbeck; Danto; Mandelbaum). Methodological individualism is the theory that “the ultimate constituents of the social world are individual people. Every complex situation, institution, or event is the result of a particular configuration and the interactions of groups – nations, political parties, gangs or tribes of individuals, their dispositions and beliefs, and physical resources and environments” (Danto, 267).

[5] Modern Christians like to depict children as the little lambs of Jesus, who is their Good Shepherd. Sunday school teachers sing, “Red and yellow, black and white/They are precious in his sight.” Preachers quote a verse from the book of Matthew which says, “If anyone causes one of these little ones--those who believe in me--to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea”(Matthew 18:6NIV).

[6] In Exodus 22:16 - 17, "If a man seduces a virgin who is not engaged, and lies with her, he must pay the bride-price for her, and she will be his wife. If her father absolutely refuses to give her to him, he shall pay money equal to the bride-price for virgins." According to this, the only reason any wrong was done is because the father of the woman lost money when the man and the woman consented to having premarital sex without her father's knowledge. This passage showed that through premarital sex, the man is actually stealing from the woman's father, the difference in value between her as a virgin and her as a nonvirgin. It does not show that premarital sex is wrong.

[7] Jephthah does allow her a month in the wilderness to mourn her virginity but on her return he follows through with his vow.

Appendix A

Nancy Schaefer was the Georgia State Senator who lost her senate seat for speaking out about the corrupt business of child protective services. Her published report, The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services, was the basis for many lectures and interviews she gave on the topic. When asked if speaking out against Child Protective Services was worth losing her seat in the Georgia State Senate, she stated: “there are causes worth losing over.”

Most Georgians, and of course Americans, are unaware that the metro Atlanta area has been nationally ranked as the largest center in the country for child sex trafficking. Most are also unaware that Senator Schaefer was a national leader in the fight against related child abuse and perversion in government run, Child Protective Services (CPS). Four years ago the GBI was repeatedly informed that Nancy was wrapping up a video documentary, a possible book and other supporting references on the subject. She told friends that this work would expose corruption in Georgia’s Department of Family and Child Services (DFACS) and that several high profile, powerful Georgia politicians would be implicated. These people would have the means and incentive to prevent her work from being produced. While the GBI documented case inquiries from the general public there is no documentation of the inquiries received from government officials … and then Senator Nancy Schaefer, along with her husband, were murdered. Brian Shilvay from Health Impact News, makes a compelling argument that she was murdered because of her fight Against CPS Child Kidnapping.

Martin Burns was a Fox 11 investigative news reporter and courageous advocate journalist who campaigned mightily for the protection of vulnerable children, especially those caught within the Child Protection System. “He was the sort of man that restored our faith in humanity with his brand of investigative journalism and was known for its fearlessness and ferocity. He left no stone unturned in his quest to know what was really happening to children who wound up in the custody of Child Protective Services.

In 2013 Burns was looking for insiders, whistle-blowers and others with information – pro or con – about DCFS and the Family and Dependency courts, when on August 25, while out hiking in the Angeles National Forest, he suddenly died. The official autopsy report has been deferred for toxicology results. Early media statements attributed cause of death to a fall caused by a possible heart attack. At time of writing, the LA County Homicide Department deemed it unnecessary to investigate. Some parents and child advocates fear the police are unaware of links between Burns’ death and those of others who worked in a similar arena.

His death has been added to a growing list of prominent child justice campaigners who all died just ahead of a planned release of either, a documentary containing highly sensitive information, or a bid for new legislation to contain child trafficking and abuse.

Martin’s death is a terrible blow to the millions of people who are suffering in the family court system that he gave voice to in his Lost in the System series.”

All the evidence indicates that award-winning Fox journalist Martin Burns was killed because of how aggressively he was pursuing various institutional child abuse claims. Martin was working with powerful people in government and Hollywood to bring to light a very serious and ongoing problem … over decades of rampant child abuse that has curiously avoided exposure. There is no question that Martin Burn’s last project promised to be a HUGE turning point. He had fastidiously put all the pieces in place so that unprecedented revelations would be made in a highly authoritative fashion. The real enablers within and outside of the Child Protective Services system were under threat like no other time.

Martin Burns, it is believed, discovered the answer that is hidden from most public scrutiny, “On occasion, important political figures need to fuck kids. Unfortunately, keeping the names of child raping politicians secret is one of the FBI’s most important jobs.”

But Burns, like three former Georgia state senators, Nancy Schaefer (R), Bobby Franklin (R) and Robert Brown (D) and documentary maker, Bill Bowen never got the chance to tell the public the hidden secret. Martin like Nancy, Bobby, Robert and Bill died before they could reveal the secret.
