Relentless Russia Bashing Continues

February 10th, 2016

US-led Western managed news misinformation and Big Lies consistently drown out hard truths.

Russia intervened responsibly in Syria, waging real war on terrorism, polar opposite US phony war, supporting ISIS and other terrorist groups it pretends to oppose.

Moscow scrupulously observes international law. Claims about its aerial campaign killing civilians and using illegal weapons are Western-sponsored propaganda.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel is part of the problem, not the solution to resolving US-orchestrated Middle East wars, Germany a reliable imperial ally.

Meeting with rogue Turkish officials in Ankara, she lied, irresponsibly blaming Russia for killing Syrian civilians, using “indiscriminate weapons,” citing no corroborating proof because there is none.

She shamelessly blamed its aerial campaign for the suffering of Syrian people, ignoring her complicity with Obama’s war, naked aggression using ISIS and other takfiri terrorists - absurdly saying it’s hard holding peace talks under these conditions.

It’s notably hard when Washington wants endless war, when opposition representatives are terrorists wanting Syria destroyed, when peace is pure fantasy, when collapsed talks were farcical, when Big Lies substitute for hard truths.

On February 8, a shameless Human Rights Watch (HRW) report irresponsibly accused Russia of banned “daily cluster munition attacks…since January 26…kill(ing) at least 37 civilians, including six women and nine children, and wound(ing) dozens.”

No credible evidence proves it. None exists. Cluster munitions if used are solely by US-supported terrorists, armed by Washington, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Israel and other regional rogue states, including with chemical and other banned weapons.

HRW said nothing about their high crimes, waging naked aggression against a nonbelligerent country for nearly five years with no letup - pretending to want peace while continuing endless war.

Its deputy Middle East director Nadim Houry pointed fingers the wrong way, saying “(a)ny solution (to) the Syrian crisis needs to address ongoing indiscriminate attack. A good place to start would be a commitment by Russia and Syria to stop using cluster munitions.”

Both countries categorically deny spurious allegations. Throughout nearly five years of conflict, Assad was irresponsibly accused of using chemical and other banned weapons - false charges every time, US-supported terrorists alone responsible for using them multiple times, willfully targeting civilians, murdering them in cold blood.

Russian photographic evidence of all its air strikes refutes spurious allegations claiming civilian deaths and use of banned weapons.

ISIS and other US-supported terrorist groups can fire cluster munitions and other banned weapons, using foreign-supplied rockets and artillery.

Earlier, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman General Igor Konashenkov said photographic evidence shows no civilians or civilian sites struck. “There are no (cluster munitions) at the Russian air base in Syria,” he stressed.

Claims otherwise are US-led Western and regional propaganda, HRW shamelessly reporting spurious accusations instead of forthrightly debunking them.

The organization occasionally puts out important information suppressed in the mainstream. Irresponsibly accusing Russia and Syria of using banned weapons spoils any credible work.

Mystifying the sultry blues of "Blue Sun" to the punk-infused anthems like "Brass in Pocket," the band slips into these heterogeneous grooves with greased skids.
