We’re doomed if the international community and world populations don’t awaken to the growing threat and act against America’s aim to rule the world by brute force.
Humanity’s survival is up for grabs. Yet detached world leaders and ordinary people are mindless about the enormous risk of possible catastrophic nuclear war able to end life on earth if launched.
America is permanently at war on humanity at home and abroad, violating core international law. No nation may attack another except in self-defense, and only if authorized by Security Council members.
All US post-WW II wars were and remain illegal. Congress and presidents have no legal right to act without SC authorization. According to the Constitution’s Supremacy Clause (Article VI, Clause 2), treaties and international laws automatically become inviolable US law.
You’d never know it. Media scoundrels don’t explain it. Bipartisan US officials say nothing.
America is above the law for them, governing solely by its rules the way all tyrannical regimes operate, none more ruthless and dangerous than neocon-infested Washington - a potential humanity destroying monster if not confronted and stopped.
Survival is up for grabs otherwise. Obama continues lawless aggression against Syria, undermining any hope for peaceful conflict resolution.
High-minded rhetoric from top US officials otherwise is pure deception, concealing their real intent and objectives.
Russia alone among world powers is committed to resolving conflicts peacefully and equitably. Claims otherwise are willful Big Lies.
On Friday, it tabled a Security Council resolution supporting Syrian sovereignty, what international law prescribes, opposing plans for foreign military intervention with Washington, Turkey and Saudi Arabia in mind.
Rogue US, French and British ambassadors reacted as expected, wanting nothing interfering with their imperial plans.
The draft reflects key UN Charter principles, inviolable international law. Washington, Britain and France march in lockstep. Their rejection assures endless conflict.
Cessation of hostilities and Geneva III peace talks if begun represent pure fantasy. Tireless Russian efforts for conflict resolution are ignored.
French UN envoy Francois Delattre bashed its efforts irresponsibly, calling Moscow a contributor to a “dangerous military escalation that could easily get out of control.”
It’s effective anti-terrorism campaign is the only chance to restore peace and stability. Without it, Syrian sovereignty is doomed.
Libya 2.0 looms. On Friday, US warplanes launched the first of likely more air attacks to come (following an earlier one last year) - naked aggression on the phony pretext of targeting ISIS, Washington’s ally, not enemy, and an alleged Tunisian terrorist.
Defense Secretary Ashton Carter’s press secretary Peter Cook claimed the lawlessly enacted September 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) as legal justification for the attack.
Cook lied, saying bombing Libya “was carried out under international law…consistent with” US law.
False! Security Council authorization alone warrants military intervention, except in cases where sovereign governments ask for foreign help - Russia’s legal justification for waging war on terrorism in Syria, responding to Assad’s request.
America’s imperial aims override international, constitutional and US statute laws.
Bipartisan neocons infesting Washington arrogate to themselves the authority to do whatever they please - legal rules of conduct be damned.
