Islamophobia is longstanding in America, especially virulent post-9/11. Bipartisan complicity targets Muslims as enemies of convenience at home and abroad.
They’ve have been hounded, vilified and persecuted for their faith, ethnicity, prominence, activism and charity - arrested, detained, tried on secret evidence or summarily declared guilty by accusation, imprisoned on bogus charges or none at all, at times longterm.
Numerous examples explain bipartisan viciousness, unjustifiable state-sponsored scapegoating, continuing largely unreported. Criticizing Trump’s Islamophobia misses the bigger picture. Post-911, Washington declared war on Islam, ravaging and destroying one Islamic country after another, terrorizing US Muslims for practicing their faith at the wrong time, vilifying them as demons of convenience - imprisoning unknown numbers solely for political reasons.
Bipartisan complicity targets them. The difference between Trump and other high-level US politicians and bureaucrats is he openly expresses views they share but won’t admit.
His anti-establishment sounding rhetoric makes him an easy target to bash. US Muslim leaders aim to register a million voters against him - mindless of Hillary’s involvement and support for all US post-9/11 wars on Islamic countries.
Millions died. Many more millions suffer horrifically. Republicans and Democrats share equal blame. Billionaire tycoon Trump hasn’t killed anyone, not so far at least.
So why is he alone bashed? Opposing him aids Killary, a known assassin as secretary of state, a neocon she devil, orchestrating genocidal war on Libya and Syria.
In December 2015, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) began a mass anti-Trump voter registration drive, hoping to influence November’s presidential election in swing states like Florida.
According to US Council of Muslim Organizations board member Osama Abu Irshaid, “(w)e want the Muslim community to understand that if you give up your rights voluntarily, no one will come and give it back to you.”
CAIR executive director Nihad Awad said the ongoing campaign is part of an effort against an “unprecedented rise in Islamophobia” - anti-Islamic sentiment growing in the wake of numerous US and European false flag attacks wrongfully blamed on Muslim patsies.
Trump’s views are notably anti-Islamic, outrageously hateful. Bipartisan US policy reflects them - public rhetoric polar opposite harsh reality at home and abroad.
