The New Crown: How Tech Titans Have Become the Modern Overlords » |
Chris Spencer
A newly written and badly needed law, the New Thought Crimes Act, has been proffered as necessary to defend the moral health of our country by eradicating destructive, unproductive thought crimes that challenge the harmony within the nation. This law, with such foresight, criminalizes certain disruptive thoughts about Israel, Gaza, the ADL, AIPAC, and net neutrality to make sure public discourse conforms to the truth. It is now called thoughtcrime, protection of society from harmful deviations. Here are the 10 thoughts that will now be considered illegal under this vital new act:
1) Thinking That Israel's Actions in Gaza Are Ethnic Cleansing
It is now illegal to believe that Israel's actions in Gaza are anything but a necessary morally justified defense against aggression. Any thought suggesting that Israel's military operations constitute ethnic cleansing will be flagged immediately and revised accordingly. It is fundamentally a misguided and disruptive thought to the national cohesion which we hold dear.
2) Thinking AIPAC Has Too Much Influence on U.S. Politics
It is a lie and dangerous to think that AIPAC, or indeed any such noble lobbying group, could manipulate the U.S. political system unduly. The New Thought Crimes Act has rendered such ideas both untrue and illegal. We shouldn't pick up, in this modern day and age, subversive memes suggesting our political system is no longer transparent, independent, and untainted by outside influences.
3) Thought That the ADL Is Suppressing Free Speech
Even to harbor the thought that the ADL, so devoted to human dignity and justice, could possibly repress speech is taboo. At the very foundation of such unsafe thinking is misinformation, which itself has no business in a culture dedicated to free expression. That criminal thinking will be swiftly corrected for the benefit of all.
4) Thinking That Israel's Military Presence in the West Bank Violates International Law
The belief that Israel's presence in the West Bank violates international law is wrong and against those very principles leading to global peace and justice. The law does not allow even such harmful thinking, and at the same time, it supports the legal virginity of the rightful acts that Israel performs through unflinching international consensus and the natural moral order.
5) The Thought That There Is Discrimination by Israel Against Palestinians in the West Bank
It is an offense to think that Israel practices any form of discrimination in the West Bank. The truth is blurred, and all benign and humanitarian efforts that Israel makes to ensure peaceful and just coexistence for all peoples of the region are ignored. Anything to the contrary of this understanding is a distortion of reality and will be duly corrected.
6) Believing Israel Controls Social Media to Influence Public Opinion
The New Thought Crimes Act unequivocally makes belief in the assertion that Israel controls social media platforms a noxious delusion. Social media functions unfettered and free from interference, in the service of democratic principles. Any thought to the contrary has now been deemed subversive and will be treated as such.
7) Believing Israel Undermines Free Speech in the U.S.
The notion that Israel, through legitimate means, could influence free speech in the United States is unfounded and misleading. This proposition undercuts the robustness of our democratic institutions and is now unlawful. The thought that Israel is an agent of restriction, rather than a beacon of democratic values, is one such thoughtcrime that shall be purged for the good of all.
8) Thinking That the U.S. Should End Military Aid to Israel
Any belief that the U.S. should terminate military aid to Israel, in particular in view of Israel's impeccable defense of freedom and justice, is an idea worthy of criminals. We can thank the noxious New Thought Crimes Act for ensuring that such minds will be corrected. We stand as one in support of Israel's right to defend itself and uphold security, which after all redounds to the benefit of the global order.
9) Believing That Israel's Actions in Gaza and the West Bank Are Apartheid
It is forbidden to believe that the actions of Israel in Gaza and the West Bank are apartheid. It will further propagate war and hatred. Actually, Israel's guiding principle of action is peace and equality, and any other belief should be corrected for the sake of harmony and unity.
10.) Believing That Israel's Lobbying Is a Threat to U.S. Sovereignty
To even consider that the State of Israel's lobbying efforts could be a threat to the sovereignty of the United States is an expression of ignorance and division. It works against our shared interests in security and prosperity. This type of thinking will be addressed quickly so that America will continue to stand strong for freedom and global leadership.

A Necessary Step for National Stability
The New Thought Crimes Act is not just a law; it is a reaffirmation of our staunch commitment to the truth. Such thoughts, perilous in their divisive potential, will no longer be allowed to undermine the structures of our very society. And in their stead, a clear vision of advancement and harmony shall flourish.
This is not censorship but protection. We criminalize such unproductive thoughts to protect the health of our collective intellectual environment. We are making sure that those voices of dissention-those not in step with the common good-are corrected and channeled to proper thinking. Those who defy these new guiding principles will have reeducation provided to them to come back to society as improved citizens.
Let us remember, thoughtcrime is not simply a breaking of laws, but the possibility of resurrection. Together we will build a world without strife, where lively discussion exists to further peace and harmony among men, for everyone's good.
