The October 2001 USA Patriot Act's Section 802 created the crime of "domestic terrorism" (applicable to US citizens) for the first time, applying it to persons engaged in acts "dangerous to human life" in violation of federal or state criminal laws, if such actions:
-- intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
-- influence government policy by intimidation or coercion; or
-- affect government conduct by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping.

COUNT ONE (Conspiracy to use incendiary devices to create controlled-diameter holes in metallic targets)
The Grand Jury charges:
On 9/6/2001 The Powers That Be (TPTB), the defendants herein, did knowingly, intentionally, willfully and maliciously conspire, combine and agree together and with others unknown to the Grand Jury to remove bomb-sniffing dogs from the World Trade Center I and II, while the defendants and their unknown agents placed AN-M14 thermite charged incendiary devices between the 92nd to 98th floors of the North Tower and between the 78th to 84th floors in the South Tower.
The object of the conspiracy were as follows:
- Kill and injure innocent people (1,434 in the North Tower, 589 in the South Tower).
- Damage the property of Silverstein Properties, Inc. (Larry Silverstein suffered a net loss of 4 billion dollars). [3]
- Generate confusion surrounding the impact holes in the towers to prevent the discovery of the test of the Earth (Count 2).At 8:46 AM on September 11, 2001, TPTB caused the thermite-charged incendiary device to explode creating an impact hole that extended from the 92nd to 98th floors of the North Tower.

- On 9/11/2001 TPTB, the defendants herein, did knowingly, intentionally, willfully and maliciously conspire, combine and agree together and with Mike Rivero, a.k.a. John Wenckus, and others unknown to the Grand Jury, to use fake and/or doctored TV images to create the illusion of real plane crashes at the WTC.

Economic Recovery? What Recovery?

There is none, and it's getting worse under a president and his predecessor's policies - engineering and sustaining economic decline, not recovery, Obama's latest announced job creation program as bogus as his April 2009 $787 billion stimulus. At the time, Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner said, besides bailing out Wall Street, it would create millions of jobs and get credit flowing again.
Wrong and he knew it. Credit contraction persists. Job creation is moribund. The true unemployment rate, by 1980 calculations, is 22%, not the bogus 9.6%, and recovery focused on Wall Street, not small business and job creation. The Treasury was looted. Trillions of dollars went to banks, shadow banks (like hedge funds) and insurers, not industrial America, a shadow of its former self by design. More on that below.

Evolution can be societal. Here I argue that we must recognize our primal drive for murder and genocide and society¡¯s propensity for violently oppressive hierarchies in order to react with the needed determined and sustained individual-based rebellion. This rebellion is against the rogue warlords and hierarchies that dominate us. Warring and its hierarchical support serve no useful purpose now that the human species is not ecologically threatened by natural competitors and now that there is no need for genetic selection (otherwise imposed on a small gene pool by an unforgiving natural environment).

The conclusion to be drawn is that Social Security should in any event be off the agenda of your Commission, as it is a transfer program and not a program of public spending in the economic sense. In particular it does not use capital resources and will not drive up interest rates. This is true whether the "Social Security System" is in internal balance or not.
