Contrast the two countries. North Korea never attacked another nation throughout its history. In June 1950, it responded to South Korea’s aggression, Truman’s war.
Israel wages permanent war on Palestine, terror-bombs Syria and Lebanon at its discretion.
Which country poses a greater threat to world peace, stability and security? Which one is more likely to attack another nation? Which leadership is more recklessly dangerous?
The US/Israeli axis threatens humanity’s survival. Days earlier, Israel’s Arab-hating ultranationalist/fascist defense minister Avigdor Lieberman called North Korean leader Kim Jong-un a “madman,” heading a “crazy and radical group, undermining global stability” - the dubious dishonor applying to America and Israel.
Both countries are nuclear armed and dangerous. They each maintain banned chemical, biological, radiological and other terror weapons.

Hundreds of US forces operate illegally in Syrian territory without government permission.
They’re allied with ISIS, Al Nusra, likeminded terrorists and Kurdish YPG fighters, supported by Pentagon terror-bombing of infrastructure and government sites - on the phony pretext of combatting ISIS America created and supports.
According to an unnamed YPG source, “(w)e have discussed with the United States moves needed to be made to prevent the Turkish Armed Forces from potentially launching attacks against us.”
“We have told the US that if Turkey attacks our troops once again, we will pull out of the Raqqa operation and deploy all of our forces to the border. For its part, the US has promised to make every effort to stop further assaults.”

Propaganda: “a message designed to persuade its intended audience to think and behave in a certain manner. Thus advertising is commercial propaganda. Or institutionalized and systematic spreading of information and/or disinformation, usually to promote a narrow political or religious (or commercial) viewpoint. fromhttp://www.businessdictionary.com/ Mercenary: ”a person primary concerned with making money at the expense of ethics.”
“The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, and our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of…It is they who pull the wires that control the public mind.” -- Edward L. Bernays, the Father of Propaganda in America and Sigmund Freud’s nephew, from his seminal book Propaganda (1928).
“Entire populations, which were undisciplined or lacking in intellectual or definite moral principles, were vulnerable to unconscious influence and thus susceptible to wanting things that they do not need. This is achieved by manipulating desires on an unconscious level.” – Edward Bernays, From the Annals of the American Academy of Poliltical and Social Science (March 1947)

Campaigning ahead of next Sunday’s French presidential runoff, Le Pen pronounced the euro currency “dead,” saying:
“We need to control the currency, to adjust it to the economy, because today the single currency is a burden.” It benefits “big companies engaged in international trade.”
It gives Brussels control over French monetary and fiscal policies, harming national sovereignty.
Le Pen wants it restored, intending to hold a national referendum to let voters decide up or down on leaving the EU and NATO if elected.
Emmanuel Macron remains heavily favored to defeat her. Western politicians and media scoundrels one-sidedly support him - wanting no change in dirty business as usual, including France remaining part of the malignant euro monetary union.

Deplorable media scoundrels deliver all fake news, all the time, on domestic and geopolitical issues mattering most.
Especially in times of war like now, journalism the way it should be is the first casualty - truth-telling considered anathema. Disinformation and Big Lies substitute.
So-called television news is an abomination, an embarrassment to air, carpet-bombing viewers with pure rubbish - deplorable hosts, reporters and commentators suppressing what’s most important to explain.
What The NYT calls fit to print isn’t fit to read. The neocon/CIA-connected Washington Post’s new motto “Democracy Dies in Darkness” belies its daily deluge of garbage - state-sponsored propaganda, not credible reporting.
Media scoundrels serve powerful special interests, betraying their readers and viewers, a disgrace to a profession practiced only by independent journalists - beholden solely to truth-telling, especially on vital issues.

Introduction
While the Right faithfully supports the policies and interests of its ruling class supporters, the Left has systematically betrayed their political platform promises and deceived its working class, salaried employees, small business and regional supporters.
Historic reversals have happened in rapid succession by Leftist leaders, including greater oligarch control over the economy, more dictatorial political domination by imperial powers (US,EU), increasing inequalities and poverty, and ‘Leftist’ support for imperial wars.
In some cases leftist leaders have gone beyond their rightist opponents by passing even more extreme reactionary policies upon assuming power.
In this essay, we will identify some of the turncoat leftists: The ‘Champions of Betrayal’.
Secondly we will review their policy reversals and the consequences for their working class and rural supporters.
Thirdly, we will present a case study of the world’s worst ‘Left’ traitor today: Alexis Tsipras, Prime Minister of Greece.
In the final section, we will discuss some of the possible explanations for the trend of political reversals by left leaders.

America favors bullying over responsible diplomatic outreach, lying over truth-telling, dominance over mutual cooperation, war over peace.
Addressing Security Council members on Friday, Secretary of State Tillerson turned truth on its head, claiming years of US “well-intentioned diplomatic efforts to halt (North Korea’s nuclear and ballistic missile) programs have failed.”
“It is only by first dismantling them that there can be peace, stability, and economic prosperity for all of Northeast Asia.”
“With each successive detonation and missile test, North Korea pushes Northeast Asia and the world closer to instability and broader conflict.”
“The threat of a North Korean nuclear attack on Seoul, or Tokyo, is real. And it is likely only a matter of time before North Korea develops the capability to strike the US mainland.”

During Friday’s Security Council session on North Korea, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi expressed views far different from his US counterpart.
He stressed peace and stability through outreach, diplomacy and dialogue toward the goal of a denuclearized Korean peninsula.
Tillerson threatened war if Pyongyang fails to obey US diktats, upping the stakes for conflict over efforts to avoid it.
“We must stay committed to the goal of denuclearization,” said Wang. “It’s the basic precondition for long-term peace and stability on the peninsula, and what we must accomplish to safeguard the international nuclear non-proliferation regime.”

It would be fitting justice if the report was true.
Taliban roots go back to CIA-recruited, armed and supported Mujahideen fighters against Afghanistan’s Soviet occupiers in the 1980s.
Ronald Reagan called them “the moral equivalent of our founding fathers.” Today, they’re one of America’s mortal enemies.
Yesterday’s Mujahideen are now Taliban fighters, combating illegal US war and occupation of their country.
America’s longest war continues endlessly. According to the neocon/CIA-connected Washington Post, instead of ending what can’t be won, hundreds of US marines were deployed to Afghanistan’s Helmand province.

Following heavy-handed threats, saber-rattling, and Wednesday’s administration meeting with all Senate members, a joint statementrk by Defense Secretary Mattis, Director of National Intelligence Coates and Secretary of State Tillerson announced a shift in US policy toward North Korea.
On the one hand, it called Pyongyang’s “pursuit of nuclear weapons…an urgent national security and top foreign policy priority.”
On the other, it said Trump “aims to pressure North Korea into dismantling its nuclear, ballistic missile, and proliferation programs by tightening economic sanctions and pursuing diplomatic measures with our Allies and regional partners.”
Instead of a military option, the Trump administration now seeks dialogue and diplomacy to achieve “peaceful denuclearization of the Korean peninsula.”
At the same time, it may designate the DPRK as a state sponsor of terrorism, maintaining hostility towards its government over responsible outreach.
