Israel Supports ISIS

December 3rd, 2015

by Stephen Lendman

Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon earlier admitted Israeli support for ISIS and other takfiri terrorists, deceptively calling them Syrian rebels - failing to explain they’re imported from scores of countries, used as imperial foot soldiers to oust Assad, no so-called “moderates” among them.

Since Obama waged war on Syria in March 2011, Israel bombed government targets multiple times, naked aggression against its northern neighbor. It continues supplying terrorist elements with weapons, munitions and other support.

Cameron Lobbies UK Parliament for Naked Aggression on Syria

December 3rd, 2015

by Stephen Lendman

Britain partners with all US wars of aggression, raging in multiple theaters. Prime Minister David Cameron wants all-out war on Syria, not against ISIS and other terrorists as he falsely claims.

During Wednesday parliamentary debate, he lied, calling it a moral and military duty to bomb Syria - either taking on the “evil” of ISIS in its heartland or “wait(ing) for it to attack us,” failing to explain his ugly scheme complicit with Washington: attacking Syria to remove Assad, supporting ISIS foot soldiers on the ground. He maliciously bashed Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, outrageously crossing the line, turning truth on its head, calling him a “terrorist sympathizer.

Russia Proves Turkey’s Involvement in Selling Stolen Syrian and Iraqi Oil

December 3rd, 2015

by Stephen Lendman

Western media say little about what demands daily headlines. Erdogan and his regime are complicit with ISIS, supplying training, weapons, and acting as a conduit for stolen Syrian and Iraqi oil, profiting hugely from its sales.

Washington denies clear evidence of Erdogan’s rogue enterprise, together with his son, Bilal, and others. Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov minced no words, saying:

“Maybe I'm being too blunt, but one can only entrust control over this thieving business to one’s closest associates.”

“In the West, no one has asked questions about the fact that the Turkish president's son heads one of the biggest energy companies, or that his son-in-law has been appointed energy minister. What a marvelous family business.”

Russia’s Real War on Terrorism v. US Pretense

December 3rd, 2015

by Stephen Lendman

America is the problem, Russia the solution in the war on terrorism, Putin going all-out to defeat the scourge Obama supports - complicit with rogue NATO partners, Israel and Middle East despots.

No squaring the circle between US and Russian policy is possible because of Washington’s ruthless imperial agenda - wanting dominion over planet earth, willing to risk destroying it to achieve its aims, madness by any standard.

Bipartisan US policymakers support endless wars of aggression, raping one country after another, stealing their resources, exploiting their people, creating societies unfit to live in, eliminating nonbelievers.

Humanity’s survival was never more up for grabs in world history than today. Lunatics in Washington may kill us all. Russia continues going all-out to save us, waging a committed war on terrorism in Syria. Perhaps Iraq is next.

Rogue State Greece

December 3rd, 2015

by Stephen Lendman

Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras along with rogue SYRIZA party allies spurned their proclaimed progressive principles straightaway in office, betraying long-suffering Greeks, hoping at last for governance serving their interests responsibly.

Tsipras is like all the rest, on the wrong side of major issues mattering most, including US-led NATO’s killing machine, Greece an Alliance member in good standing, supporting endless wars of aggression, opposing world peace and stability, against fundamental rights long-suffering Palestinians deserve. He met with Netanyahu and other Israeli officials in Jerusalem, outrageously calling the city Israel’s capital - unrecognized by the UN and vast majority of world nations.

NATO Discussing Ways to Provoke Russia Further

December 2nd, 2015

by Stephen Lendman

On Tuesday and Wednesday, NATO foreign ministers are meeting in Brussels on the pretext of “work(ing) on further measures to assure Turkey’s security,” and related issues, based on a nonexistent Russian threat.

It sounds like a bad joke, except issues at stake are deadly serious, Russia-bashing featured in all NATO meetings, Erdogan’s well-planned act of aggression complicit with Washington called self-defense, Secretary-General Stoltenberg saying:

NATO has “standing defense plans for (member country) Turkey (including) augmented…air defenses, (part of its) long-term commitment to an ally” - despite no nation threatening its security.

Washington “deployed aircraft to support Turkey’s air defenses” - Britain to follow suit along with Germany and Denmark. “(W)e have decided to address the need to support Turkey before the incident last week.”

Were NATO officials briefed about plans to down a Russian aircraft before the incident? All the fuss about Turkey reflects the latest way of bashing Russia. US-dominated NATO countries partnered with Israel and rogue Arab states alone threaten world peace and stability. Russia is the world’s leading anti-war nation - committed with its non-Western allies against the scourge of terrorism, what America fosters globally to serve its imperial interests.

More US Special Forces Heading to Support ISIS in Iraq and Syria

December 2nd, 2015

by Stephen Lendman

Washington’s war on terror is a complete fabrication - throughout the Middle East and elsewhere, supporting ISIS and other terrorist groups, not combating them as falsely claimed.

On Tuesday, Defense Secretary Ashton Carter announced more US special forces heading for Iraq on top of thousands already there, as well as increased numbers for Syria - part of Washington’s regional aggression, advancing its imperium at the expense of world peace and stability.

Carter claiming US combat troops will aid Iraqi and Kurdish peshmerga forces against ISIS is a Big Lie. Direct US military involvement in Iraq and Syria escalates ongoing conflicts, instigated by Washington in the first place, intending to make matters worse.

An Open Letter to Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton, the Minnesota EPA, the PCA, the DNR and Every Thinking Minnesota Citizen: PolyMet and the Rest of the Copper/Nickel Mining Industry are Lying to Us About the Safety of its Proposed Operations in NE Minnes

December 2nd, 2015

By Gary G. Kohls, MD

Attention: Governor Dayton (and your staff):

Knowing your innate sense of fairness and your sincere desire to do the right thing for the people of Minnesota, please take a few minutes (disregarding all the corporate lobbyists that are bugging you 24/7) and read the following items. Be sure to view a couple of the short videos.
It has been slightly over a year since North America’s worst mining waste disaster occurred at Mount Polley, British Columbia.

It was on August 4, 2014 that the Imperial Metals mine had its massive tailings dam burst, polluting aquifers, many streams and lakes and ultimately the migratory Sockeye salmon-bearing Fraser River, the longest river in British Columbia. The Fraser flows for 854 miles emptying into the Georgia Strait and the Pacific Ocean at the city of Vancouver.

Typical for such catastrophic mining industry failures, the Harper government of Canada tried to cover up the disaster and most of us on either side of the border were made unaware of the event. Thus, this disaster was censored out of both Canadian and American consciousness by a co-opted media that utterly failed to adequately report on it.

Russian Intelligence Proves Turkey Selling Stolen Syrian and Iraqi Oil for ISIS

December 2nd, 2015

by Stephen Lendman

Rogue state Turkey headed by international outlaw Erdogan is a close US ally - both nations partnering in endless regional wars, their provocative actions risking direct confrontation with Russia.

In Paris at the climate conference, Putin minced no words, saying “(w)e have recently received additional reports that confirm that (stolen) oil from ISIL-controlled territories is delivered to the territory of Turkey on an industrial scale.”

“We have all grounds to suspect that the decision to down our plane was motivated by the intention to secure these routes of delivering oil to ports where it is loaded on tankers. Defending Turkmen is just a pretext” - terrorists allied with Ankara.

NYT Fairy Tale about Paris Attacks

December 2nd, 2015

by Stephen Lendman

The NYT is America’s longstanding leading voice for wealth, power and privilege exclusively - state-supportive propaganda its specialty, the most important news “fit to print” systematically suppressed.

Evidence indicates attacking Paris on November 13 was a false flag, a strategically planned military operation for events now unfolding, almost certain state-sponsored horrors to come, much like post-9/11 - the mother of all false flags, US dirty fingerprints all over what happened. A previous article discussing the Paris incident said how could a handful of heavily armed terrorists outwit French (as well as perhaps EU and US) intelligence - successfully executing attacks on multiple sites with military precision during the height of Friday evening activities, unnoticed until they started shooting, especially when at least some of them were known to state authorities and almost certainly were kept under close surveillance.
