Washington recruits, arms, trains, funds and directs ISIS terrorists the same way they used Mujahideen fighters in the 1980s against Soviet Russia in Afghanistan as well as Al Qaeda and likeminded takfiri groups today.
They're US proxy foot soldiers against independent governments Washington wants replaced with pro-Western ones, or in the case of Iraq, weakened and balkanized like Yugoslavia for easier control.
Iraqis don't believe America wants ISIS defeated. On June 25, the Wall Street Journal reported Anbar province Sunni Iraqi "unanim(ity) about whom to blame for their misery."
Shiite lawmaker Alia Nusseif said "(w)e don't have any trust in Americans anymore…ISIS is being used as a tool by America to divide and weaken Iraq."

Eurozone, ECB and IMF officials' treatment reveal the latest example of predatory capitalist viciousness.
Since Greece's financial crisis erupted in 2009, imposed austerity diktats incrementally transferred its wealth, assets and enterprises to Western interests at the expense of a 25% GDP drop, mass impoverishment and unemployment (60% for youths), elimination of vital public services, and a brain drain of its best and brightest.
SYRIZA Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras promised austerity relief, caved to Troika demands, then refused further accommodation last week.
Greece is effectively bankrupt. Without bailout help, it's unable to pay its bureaucrats and keep its economy from collapsing. At the same time, accepting greater debt peonage on Troika terms assures an endless downward cycle to oblivion.
Tsipras announced a July 5 national referendum to allow Greeks to decide up or down whether to accept or reject their demands.

The most effective way to fight Israeli occupation harshness is economic - hitting it in the pocket book where it hurts.
BDS efforts continue gaining important victories. Cumulatively they gain momentum for more. BDS co-founder Omar Barghouti knows boycotts work. Last year he explained why Israel fears them, saying:
Netanyahu "declared BDS a strategic threat. Calling it the 'delegitimization' movement, he assigned the overall responsibility for fighting it to his Strategic Affairs Ministry." BDS challenges Israeli persecution of Palestinians for not being Jewish. It's "the root cause of its growing worldwide isolation," Barghouti explained.
Viewing BDS as a strategic threat reveals Israel's "heightened anxiety" fearing loss of its mainstream acceptance. It reflects its Foreign Ministry Brand Israel campaign failure.

Khader Adnan's lawyer Jawad Boulos said he "ended his (55-day) hunger strike (Sunday night) after an agreement was reached to release him on July 12."
At Israel's Assaf Harofeh Medical Center where he's held, he was moved to where he'll begin being fed - perhaps intravenously at first along with ingesting liquids. He took his first sip of milk on Sunday.
"Khader Adnan is sending his greeting to you all, every man and woman, every person who supported him, and those who gathered here," said Boulos.
"He was very moved when (supporters) chant(ed) for his release. He sends his regards to the Palestinian people in Jerusalem, and historic Palestine, and every person who supported his struggle. He wishes to see you all in his home in Arraba Jenin, once he is released."

A separate article discussed Israeli commandos lawlessly interdicting the Swedish Marianne Ship to Gaza humanitarian mission in international waters - a blatant act of high-seas piracy, never justifiable for any reason despite Israeli claims otherwise.
You have to be a moron or hate-mongering racist to believe anything Israeli officials say - an over-the-top fascist bunch belonging in prison, not high office.
Netanyahu disgraces the office he holds - an unindicted war criminal multiple times over. Anti-Muslim viciousness defines his agenda - intolerant and ruthless by any standard. He issued a statement following Israel's high-seas piracy. It included a litany of Big Lies, saying:
"I would like to commend the sailors and commanders of the Israel Navy for their determined and efficient action in detaining the passengers on the ship that tried to reach the Gaza coast in contravention of the law.

For all those admirers of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who believe he was a great president, remove the blinders and face up to the fact that his socialist mindset and administration destroyed the last remnants of the Old Republic. Most of these same cheer leaders for the “New Deal” are in love with big government and seek to empower a federal authority at the expense of the Federalism model that is based upon separations of power and States Rights. With the unholy alliance with the Soviet Union, FDR linked his inner objectives with the greatest autocrat liquidator that fought World War II, as a Communist expansionist to destroy most of the traditional institutions that make up Western Civilization.
Cited in an article Obama right that Roosevelt was called a socialist and a communist, is an insightful quote. It indicates the true attitude and sympathies of FDR towards the Soviet regime.

Obama's public remarks belie his ruthless agenda. His eulogy for slain Charleston, SC Rev. Clementa Pinckney rang hollow like virtually everything else he says.
He quoted Scripture he systematically spurns. He "remembered a man of God who" believed in doing the right things he renounces.
He said Rev. Pinckney "embodied the idea that our Christian faith demands deeds and not just words" - polar opposite his consistently saying one thing and doing another on issues mattering most.

On 23 June 2015, Bloomberg news bannered "Uninsured Rate Falls to Lowest Since Obamacare Implementation” and reported that, "Last year, 16.3 percent of adults under age 65, or about 31.7 million people, lacked medical coverage, according to a CDC survey published Tuesday. That’s down from 20.4 percent a year earlier [2013, when Obamacare started].”
However, back at the start of 2008, when Barack Obama was campaigning against Hillary Clinton and they were both promising Making health insurance universal“” (The New York Times said that Obama “aims for universal coverage”) or a 0% rate of uninsureds, the most-reliable figure at that time for the percentage who had no health insurance was Gallup’s: 14.6%. Comparing that with the just-released figure from the CDC of 16.3%, there has been a rise in uninsureds, of 1.7%. (However, the latest figure from Gallup is from March 2015, 12.9%, which is a decline of 1.7% from that initial 14.6%, instead of an increase of 1.7% from it.)

Bill Gates was interviewed in the Thursday June 25th Financial Times, about global warming investments, and he said some remarkably stupid things, but explaining what he said requires a lot of intelligence; so, maybe what he said isn’t actually that stupid. Might he be an idiot savant? Perhaps there’s a deeper truth here.
After all, idiot savants should be respected in the areas where they have their gift, but not outside it. Occasionally, distinguishing between an idiot savant and a genius can be hard to do.
For example, at the beginning of the 20th Century, Henry Ford was considered to be a genius of industry and of technology, and he was sometimes America’s wealthiest person, but he was also a bigot, and no one can be stupider than that; so, he was just an idiot savant, after all. He was additionally famous as a philanthropist, having founded the Ford Foundation, but his donations to Hitler’s Nazi Party and his propagandizing in the United States against Jews and for the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion” hoax, might have done the world more harm than his Foundation ever did good. It certainly helped to produce World War II, Hitler’s war to exterminate all Jews.

Malaysia, frustrated by the refusal of the official international investigation-team to produce any clear evidence yet of whom to blame for the downing of the MH17 Malaysian airliner over the Ukrainian civil-war zone on 17 July 2014, has finally forced the team to request the UN to investigate. They’ve forced the original four nations on the team to accept UN adjudication of any final report. This will enable a court-proceeding to make the ultimate determination of guilt (upon which judgment penalties and compensation will be assessed), and this court-determination would inevitably allow whatever party is being blamed by the five-member official investigating team, to present its own evidence in the case, so that the court will make the ultimate determination — the official investigating team will not be performing that crucial judgmental function.
