"Judeo-Nazism" and the prospects for a comprehensive agreement with Iran

December 1st, 2014

By Alan Hart

Yeshavahu Leibowitz

If a non-Jew had coined the phrase "Judeo-Nazism" he or she would have been verbally crucified by Zionism's attack dogs and the mainstream Western media. The actual inventor of it was Yeshavahu Leibowitz, one of the most outspoken and controversial Jewish intellectuals of modern times. He was once described as "the conscience of Israel." Before he died in 1994 he said "Judeo-Nazis" were on the rise in Israel. If he was alive today I imagine he would say, "They are now in control." The question awaiting an answer in the coming days and weeks is whether or not those who do Judeo-Nazism's bidding in the U.S. Congress will succeed in sabotaging the comprehensive agreement-in-the-making with Iran over its nuclear program.

Malaysia Becomes Angry About Exclusion from MH17 Investigation

December 1st, 2014

Eric Zuesse

Now nearly five months after the Malaysian Airlines MH17 passenger plane got shot down in Ukraine (killing all 298 onboard), Malaysians are going public with their anger about having been excluded from the investigation-team that is to write the official report on the disaster (or possibly mass-murder).

The Malaysian Insider headlined November 26th, “Why is Malaysia not part of MH17 investigation, asks group”; and, two days later, Ulson Gunnar at New Eastern Outlook and Global Research bannered, “MH17: Malaysia’s Barring from Investigation Reeks of Cover-up.”

Ukraine is an economic basket case and then some. Illegitimate US installed putschists wage naked aggression while effectively bankrupt. More on this below.

On November 28, Russia's OSCE representative Andrei Kelin stressed resolving Ukrainian crisis conditions diplomatically.

Observing Geneva and Minsk terms. Noting Ukraine's national security and defense council spokesman Andriy Lysenko calling ceasefire one of the most important Minsk protocol requirements.

Israeli Prosecutorial Overreach

November 30th, 2014

by Stephen Lendman

According to former US Attorney General Robert Jackson:

"The prosecutor has more control over life, liberty, and reputation than any other person in America. His discretion is tremendous…"

"While the prosecutor at his best is one of the most beneficent

forces in our society, when he acts from malice or other base motives, he is one of the worst."

Prosecutorial misconduct is all too common. Inadequate means of preventing and punishing wrongdoing persists. Or interest in doing so.

Trials are compromised. Wrongful convictions follow. Unfair sentences compound injustice. Disciplinary action is rare.

Egyptian-Style Justice

November 30th, 2014

by Stephen Lendman

On Saturday, Egyptian Judge Mahmud Kamel al-Rashidi acquitted Hosni Mubarak and seven top security commanders of murdering hundreds of 2011 Taahrir Square protesters.

Sowing chaos. Creating a security vacuum. During 18 revolutionary days. In clashes with police. From January 25 - February 11, 2011.

Despite clear evidence proving guilt. Because of what he called a technicality. A lack of jurisdiction. Mubarak's lengthy public service. His "constitutional legitimacy."

"To rule for or against him after he has become old will be left to history and the Judge of Judges, the Righteous and the Justice (God), who will question him about his rule."

Israel Attacks Gaza Border Areas

November 30th, 2014

by Stephen Lendman

Doing so breaches August ceasefire terms. Not Israel's first violation. Nor its last.

It egregiously flouted all agreed on terms straightaway. Complicit PA officials remain silent. Dismissive of horrendous Gazan suffering.

Diverting half or more of October's so-called donor conference raised $5.4 billion. For unspecified budget purposes. Rife with corruption.

Giving Israel total authority over Gaza reconstruction. Controlling what enters or leaves. Palestinians have no say. Over virtually everything affecting their lives and welfare.

Washington Covertly Arming Ukraine

November 29th, 2014

by Stephen Lendman

Repeated administration/Pentagon Big Lies claim otherwise. Saying only non-lethal aid supplied.

Including communications equipment. Body armor. Night vision goggles. Humvees. Radar. Counter-mortar detection units. Binoculars. Small boats. Various other gear.

Kiev is infested with CIA, FBI, US special forces and various other so-called Washington advisors. Directly involved in aiding, abetting and directing Donbas fighting.

Pentagon spokesman Admiral John Kirby lied saying:

"Nothing has changed about the non-lethal assistance that we continue to flow to Ukrainian armed forces and security forces."

Washington "continue(s) to focus on non-lethal assistance…" False! More on this below.

Trigger-Happy Israelis: Profile of State-Sponsored Terrorism

November 29th, 2014

by Stephen Lendman

The latest incident involves Italian solidarity activist Prodo Corsi

http://www.amnesty.org/en/library/asset/MDE15/002/2014/en/349188ef-e14a-418f-ac20-6c9e5c8d9f88/mde150022014en.pdf

A previous article discussed Amnesty International's (AI) report titled "Trigger-Happy: Israel's Use of Excessive Force in the West Bank." It begins saying:

"Out of nowhere many soldiers jumped out and ambushed Samir. They shot him first in the leg, yet he managed to run away towards the village."

"But how far can an injured child run? Twenty, maybe 30, metres? They could have easily arrested him, especially when he was injured, but instead they shot him in the back with live ammunition."

"To me, this is premeditated murder." Killing 16-year old Samir was no random incident. Israel's entire history reflects endless bloodshed. Crimes of war, against humanity and genocide. Ongoing for decades. Trigger-happy and then some. The latest incident involves Italian solidarity activist Prodo Corsi.

Over-the-Top Israeli Policies

November 29th, 2014

Stephen Lendman

Israel is a serial lawbreaker. A state sponsor of terrorism. A criminal enterprise. "(A) state of child killers and land robbers," according to one European parliamentarian.

Multiple incidents occur daily. Including attacking Palestinians without just cause. Invading their communities.

Destroying their property. Kidnapping Palestinian men, women and children. Political arrests and imprisonments. Cold-blooded murder.

Some incidents are more outrageous than others. Many are crimes of war and against humanity. Ruthlessness defines Israeli policy.

America operates the same way. Both countries want a special Fourth Geneva Convention blocked. For good reason.
