Heading Toward Possible Global Conflict

Militarism, hubris and overreach define America. Wrecking it. Heading it for full-blown tyranny and ruin.
Permanent wars rage. With no end in sight. When no enemies exist. Except invented ones.
Waged by the most secretive intrusive government in US history. Its most repressive. Most ruthless.
Governed by diktat authority. Effective one-party rule. Federal courts and Congress rubber-stamping policies mattering most.
Including imperial adventurism. Corporate empowerment. Monied interests running things. Unprecedented concentrated wealth and power.
Big Brother surveillance. Police state lawlessness. Out-of-control state terror. Corporate controlled managed news misinformation.
Endemic corruption. Incestuous business/government ties. Flaunting the notion of government of, by and for everyone equitably and just.
Increasingly a nation of haves and have-nots. Rulers and serfs. Middle America disappearing in plain sight. Freedom an endangered species.
Monied Interests Have Lots to Give Thanks For

Too few others in the land of plenty. Democracy in America is pure fantasy.
None whatever exists. Monied interests run things. Ordinary people don't matter.
The late Carroll Quigley wrote in his book titled, "Tragedy and Hope:"
"(T)he powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole."
"This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences."
Benefitting handsomely at the expense of nations and popular interests. Wall Street crooks top the corporate pecking order.
Transforming America into an unprecedented money-making racket. Facilitated by complicit government officials. Making money the old-fashioned way.
Israeli Children Brainwashed to Hate Arabs, Become Warriors

Decades of Arab-Israel discord produced seven full-scale wars, three major Gaza conflicts, two Intifadas, and daily state-sponsored violence throughout Occupied Palestine.
Palestinians live in terror. Unsure each day if they'll live or die. Remain free or be imprisoned. Victimized by Israeli ruthlessness.
Racism is longstanding. Israeli children are taught to hate Arabs. Textbooks justify waging war.
Arabs described as hostile, violent, deviant, cruel, immoral, bloodthirsty, vengeful and unfair. Jews called industrious, righteous, trustworthy and brave.
Eretz Yisrael their exclusive homeland. Based on biblical notions of original inhabitants. Israeli textbooks teaching about "a land without people for a people without land." Making the desert bloom.
Arabs are vilified for not being Jews. Tolerance isn't Israel's long suit. It's is a modern-day Sparta. Militarism reflects daily life. Taught young children from kindergarten.
Israeli Ruthlessness 101

Israel has more crimes on its rap sheet than mere mortals can count. Going back well before its so-called War of Independence.
Continuing multiple times daily. Week after week. Month after month. Year after year. By rogue leaders and likeminded officials.
More extremist now than earlier. Mocking rule of law principles and then some. Committing slow-motion genocide against millions of Palestinians. Ludicrously claiming democratic credentials. Enacting one racist law after another. The latest by extremist cabinet ministers.

Rewarding Israel for High Crimes Against Peace

Decades of Israeli crimes reflect pure evil. Including genocidal mass slaughter. Repeated high crimes of war and against humanity.
Willfully targeting noncombatant men, women and children. Ethnic cleansing. Mass destruction.
Land theft. Settlement construction. Home bulldozings. Targeted assassinations. Political imprisonments. Torture. Including against women and young children.
Rape and other forms of sexual abuse. Resource theft. Apartheid. Racist discrimination. Violating virtually all humanitarian and human rights laws.
Other international laws. Its own laws. Its High Court rulings. Contempt for Islam, Arab rights, culture and heritage.
Abhorring peace and stability. Prioritizing militarism, belligerence and wars of aggression.
Israeli Police State Ruthlessness

Rule of law principles don't matter. Might trumps right. State terror is official policy. So is anything goes.
Crackdowns enforce social control. Arrests, imprisonments, torture, ill-treatment, and other forms of abuse persist.
Civil and human rights consistently violated. Legitimate resistance called terrorism.
International law recognized self-determination called unacceptable. Murder committed with impunity. Young children abused like adults.
Jews alone have rights. Longstanding war on Islam persists. Racist laws are commonplace. Fundamental Palestinian rights mattering most are denied.
Unaccountable Israeli Settler Criminality

It's systemic. Including vandalism against Palestinian mosques, schools, property, land and crops. Torching them. Uprooting trees.
Violence. Including beatings. At times murder. Against Palestinian men, women and children.
With impunity. Israeli security forces doing nothing to protect targeted Palestinians. Or maintain public order.
Disregarding an Israeli High Court ruling stating:
"Protecting the security and property of the local residents is one of the most basic obligations placed upon the military commander in the field."
Defense officials must "give clear, unequivocal instructions to the forces that are deployed in the field." Must "allocate forces to protect the property of the Palestinian residents."
NATO's Dark Side

Clinton's National Security Council European Affairs director. A former US ambassador to Russia.
Calling Moscow "more an enemy than partner." Diplomacy isn't his long suit. Intends Alliance measures to counter nonexistent Russian aggression.
Claims it "marks a turning point in decades of (NATO) efforts to draw Moscow closer." Intends stepped up US presence close to its borders. Modernizing its neighbors militarily. "(U)pgrading" joint exercises. "(S)eiz(ing) the opportunity…Creat(ing) the reality on the ground. Accept(ing) membership of aspirant countries."
Fascism in Ukraine

Washington bears full responsibility. Obama officials elevated fascist putschists to power. Neocon Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland was lead instigator.
US-installed thugs rule lawlessly. They have no legitimacy whatever. They make mafia bosses look saintly by comparison.
Obama's new friends include a rogue's gallery of societal misfits. They represent mob rule. They're militantly anti-democratic.
They tolerate no opposition. They're polar opposite what Ukrainians deserve. Washington offers full support.
One fascist regime backs another. Both operate the same way.
Merriam-Webster calls fascism "a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition."
In praise of Russell Brand’s sharing revolution

The political conversation on sharing is growing by the day, sometimes from the unlikeliest of quarters. And at the present time, there is perhaps no-one calling louder for a new society to be based on sharing than Russell Brand, the comedian-cum-activist and revolutionary. It is easy to dismiss much of Brand’s polysyllabic and self-referential meanderings, as do most of the establishment media in the USA and Britain, but this only serves to disregard his flashes of wisdom and the justified reasons for his popularity.
His latest book is clearly not meant to be taken entirely seriously as a roadmap to “systemic change on a global scale”, hence the various crude digressions and contradictions. Yet as pointed out by Evan Davies at the beginning of his second BBC Newsnight interview, Brand has probably engaged more young people in thinking about serious political issues than any politician, despite his infamous disavowal of voting in parliamentary elections. On this basis alone, there’s every reason to take seriously Brand’s call for a revolution based on the principles of sharing, cooperation and love. But what does his idea of a caring, sharing revolution actually mean in practice?
