On August 11, Human Rights Council (HRC) President Baudelaire Ndong Ella announced the formation of an "independent, international commission of inquiry" into war crimes committed during Israel's Operation Protective Edge.
International human rights law expert Professor William Schabas was appointed to chair a three-person panel. His special focus is genocide.
Other members include international law, criminal law, human rights and extradition law expert, Amal Alamuddin, and former UN Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, Doudou Diene.

The entire world watches in horror as the Modern State of Israel commits even more atrocities in Palestine. War crime after war crime seems to have very little effect on those who can actually stop Israel’s madness. Even the assassination of relief workers has not moved the nations of the world to righteous response.
The can be no other description of such barbaric behavior except: G E N O C I D E !
Because the global mainstream media (MSM) outlets are reluctant to label Israel’s state-spondsored terrorism for what it is, the community of nations sits by idly and watches one massacre after another.

The United States and European Union created a horror show for millions by enabling acts in support of the extremist government of Ukraine. The horror comes in the form of Ukraine government attacks on towns and cities in the southeastern regions, attacks initiated by the central government in Kiev. After months of these war crimes, the Kiev government now threatens to stall a massive shipment of urgent humanitarian aid for devastated metropolitan areas of nearly two million people including the large cities of Donetsk (1.0 million) and Lugansk (.5 million). A reliably well-informed resident in the area that Obama's Ukrainian regime is ethnically cleansing (i.e., exterminating and/or expelling) has informed this reporter (and all of this source’s previous reports to me have subsequently turned out to be true):
"Kiev is attempting to blow up a chemical plant that will destroy a 600 KM diameter/ 300KM radius of area -- every living thing.
The largest battles of the war are starting today or tomorrow. I may not be able to update you. Lyashko wants to make our area bloody. He said it hasn't been hit enough to feel it yet."
The object of the Ukrainian Government’s campaign is to produce as many residents there fleeing into Russia as possible, so that the voting-base that had elected the pro-Russian Ukrainian President whom Obama overthrew in February, Viktor Yanukovych, will no longer be Ukrainian voters.

Note: Throughout this text the terms Child Protective Services (CPS) and Child Welfare Agencies are used interchangeably.
Introduction
Probably no other public agency leaves victims and advocates more perplexed than Child Protective Services. On the one hand, people think of CPS with appreciation as they envision a selfless agency rescuing innocent children from horrific conditions. Indeed, CPS workers across the country do this routinely. The gratitude is deserved.
At the same time, the agency seems to be perpetually marred by a steady drumbeat of nightmare stories about CPS emanating from the very families CPS is supposed to serve. This text deals with just one of these problems; the CPS practice of removing or threatening to remove children from the nonviolent, non-offending parent in cases of family violence. This guide explains why this happens with such frequency, how to help prevent it from happening in your case, and what to do about it if you're already caught in its grip. (Since the non-offending, nonviolent parent in these cases is usually the mother, we often refer to this parent as 'the mother', though there are certainly cases where the non-offending parent is the father.)
Though most of the information in this section is meant to explain why so many non-offending parents get victimized by the CPS system, we start by correcting a very common misconception about mandated reporting.
1. In California, and Many Other States, Mandated Reporters Do NOT Have to Report to Child Protective Services.
We start here because so many counselors, teachers, doctors, and other mandated reporters, many of whom are already sympathetic to the problems mothers experience with CPS, say there's nothing they can do about it. They believe their state laws require that whenever they suspect child abuse, they must make a report to CPS. But that's not, in fact, what the law in California and many other states says at all.

Contemporary baptized, corporatized and sanitized man rarely has the occasion to question his identity, and when he does a typical response might be, “I am product manager for a large retail chain, married to Betty, father of Johnny, a Democrat, Steelers fan and a Lutheran.”
His answers imply not only his beliefs but the many responsibilities, rules and restrictions he is subjected to. Few if any of these were ever negotiated- they were imposed on him yet he still considers himself free.

A group of high-profile political figures predominantly from Central America, South America and the Caribbean including Bolivian President Evo Morales, US author Alice Walker, deposed Honduran President Manuel Zelaya (signed with his common name “Mel Zelaya”), former Cuban president Fidel Castro (who signed shortly after the statement’s initial release), Cuban musician Silvio Rodrígiuez, Ecuadoran author Eduardo Galeanoand others have signed onto a strongly worded statement of solidarity with the Palestinian people under the banner of the Network for the Defense of Humanity.
The statement titled “In Defense of Palestine” condemns Israeli colonial occupation of Palestine, the ongoing attacks on the Gaza Strip, and US imperialism and European complicity in Israel’s actions while calling for support for global boycott, divestment and sanctions campaigns.

Israel wages genocidal wars without mercy. Even doctors, nurses, ambulance drivers and other health workers are targeted.
Civilians are as vulnerable as combatants. It's longstanding Israeli policy.
On August 7, Amnesty International (AI) headlined "Mounting Evidence of deliberate attacks on Gaza health workers by Israeli army."
Former prime minister Ehud Barak once outrageously called it "the most moral army in the world." It's a lawless, ruthless killing machine.
As a former prime minister, defense minister, foreign minister, and chief of general staff, Barak was complicit in some of its worst crimes of war, against humanity and genocide.

Washington bears responsibility for supporting Israel's genocidal war in Gaza and backing Kiev fascist forces against Southeastern Ukrainian freedom fighters.
Committing high crimes against peace is official US policy. So is partnering with rogue state allies doing the same thing.
Israel is a lawless, racist, apartheid terror state. Its Operation Protective Edge Gaza war is one of history's great crimes.
Another 72-hour ceasefire sham changes nothing. It bears repeating what previous articles stressed.
Israel is all take and no give. It demands unconditional acceptance of terms favoring its interests. It offers virtually nothing in return.
When concessions are made, they're not worth the paper they're written on. Multiple violations occur straightaway. Hellish status quo conditions remain.
Gaza is still besieged. Palestine remains occupied. Land theft continues. So do the worst of overall nightmarish conditions.
No relief is in sight. Long denied justice prevails. Last week, Israeli negotiators walked out of Cairo talks. On Monday they returned.
A sham process certain to fail resumed. Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri said new talks are "the last chance" for a deal.

Doing so constitutes longstanding US and Israeli policy. The indisputable record speaks for itself.
Besides its genocidal native population genocide, every US post-WW II war was waged lawlessly.
So were all Israeli wars throughout its existence except for the 1973 Yom Kippur conflict.
Both nations prioritize violence and instability. They deplore peace. It's a non-starter.
Civilians are considered legitimate targets. Mass murder, destruction and genocide follow. The disturbing pattern repeats unaccountably.
Both countries partner in horrendous crimes against humanity. The world community yawns and does nothing to stop them.
